This 2-bedroom apartment is located in the Eixample neighbourhood and with WiFi connection and air conditioning, it is the perfect place to enjoy a wonderful stay in the heart of Barcelona.... 

The apartment features a cosy living room, which has a sofa and a TV, creating the perfect space for relaxing after a long day.

The kitchen is well-equipped and complete with a cooker, toaster, and kettle, among other utensils that you may need during your stay.

The property has 2 bedrooms, each with sufficient storage space for your belongings. There is a bathroom available.

Located between the neighbourhoods of Eixample and Sant Antoni, this apartment offers a central location to everything you may need. From here, you will be a short walk from the iconic Plaça Catalunya, and with good public transport connections you can reach the rest of Barcelona with ease. Additionally, there are numerous restaurants, shops and supermarkets nearby the apartment.

District

Eixample is Catalan for 'extension', meaning an extension of the old Barcelona city. Eixample was designed by Catalan-born urban planning visionary, Ildefons Cerdà, who took traffic and sunlight (amongst many other things) into consideration when creating the plans for this new district.... 

Eixample is now characterised by its octagonal blocks and its grid-like pattern, with wide streets and both commercial and residential areas. It is split into two parts, Eixample Esquerra (Left, or in Spanish, Izquierdo) and Eixample Dret (Right, or in Spanish, Derecho), both of which are home to some fantastic restaurants and stores.

Eixample Izquierdo is delimited by the grand, Passeig de Gràcia, a paradise for shopping and dining, and Plaça d'Espanya, where the Montjuïc Magic Fountain and one of the biggest convention centres in Barcelona can be found. The Parc de Joan Miró, with its iconic 'Woman and Bird' sculpture created by the Barcelona-born artist, is also situated here, as well as the Arenas shopping centre, which was once a bull-fighting ring.

We had a great stay. It was clean, had AC, 5 min walk to a metro stop, and had very nice sized kitchen and living room. It is right next to the Sagrada family so you get a beautiful view every time you go outside. Only thing to keep in mind is that the Sagrada family is a very touristy area.

Superbe airbnb aux pieds de la Sagrada Familia, la localisation est parfaite surtout si vous aimez marcher car elle permet de se rendre facilement aux points principaux de Barcelone ! Si vous n’êtes pas de grands marcheurs la station de métro est à 5min de l’appartement. Nous avons choisis le système des clés numériques et je ne peux que le recommander ! Pas de risque de les perdre et en 3 secondes la porte est ouverte. Nous avons passés un superbe séjour avant de retourner à nos études en France, merci aux hôtes qui ont su être communiquant et arrangeant :)
