This 1-bedroom apartment located just 5 minutes from Plaza Universitat, is the perfect place to spend a wonderful stay in the heart of the Eixample neighborhood of Barcelona.... 

The living room is bright and comfortable. It has a sofa and television perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring the city. The kitchen is well equipped. Here you will find the necessary utensils to prepare your meals, as well as a coffee maker and toaster. Furthermore, there is a dining table.

The bedroom is comfortable and has storage so you can feel at home. There is 1 bathroom available.

The apartment is well located and close to everything the city has to offer via public transport. The property is located between the neighborhoods of Eixample and Sant Antoni, with lots to see and do. From here you will be only a 10-minute walk from Plaza Cataluña. Around the apartment you will also find restaurants, cafes and various shops to explore.

amazing and huge apartment in central Barcelona. 2 blocks from the sagrada familia with amazing views. everything was easy and smooth. the hosts were amazingly friendly and handled a dispute with a neighbor tremendously well. the apartment is huge and the kitchen has everything you would need. The place is big enough that you can easily feel at home. The terrace is fun and cozy. air-conditioning works amazing. the view is fantastic, perfect view to wake up to.

Eixample is Catalan for 'extension', meaning an extension of the old Barcelona city. Eixample was designed by Catalan-born urban planning visionary, Ildefons Cerdà, who took traffic and sunlight (amongst many other things) into consideration when creating the plans for this new district.... 

Eixample is now characterised by its octagonal blocks and its grid-like pattern, with wide streets and both commercial and residential areas. It is split into two parts, Eixample Esquerra (Left, or in Spanish, Izquierdo) and Eixample Dret (Right, or in Spanish, Derecho), both of which are home to some fantastic restaurants and stores.

Eixample Izquierdo is delimited by the grand, Passeig de Gràcia, a paradise for shopping and dining, and Plaça d'Espanya, where the Montjuïc Magic Fountain and one of the biggest convention centres in Barcelona can be found. The Parc de Joan Miró, with its iconic 'Woman and Bird' sculpture created by the Barcelona-born artist, is also situated here, as well as the Arenas shopping centre, which was once a bull-fighting ring.

It has a wonderful view from the dining table on to Sagrada Familia. We enjoyed having our breakfast there and following the constructions every morning. There is a metro station right next to the apartment building, but also it was quite easy to walk to most places (Sagrada Familia is about 5min walk). The apartment was clean and with comfy beds. The kitchen had all the necessities (although the pan was a bit scratched and hopefully will get replaced soon), we even were left with some cleaning supplies in a package (a sponge, towel, laundry detergent etc). We were very happy to have chosen this apartment and we had a great time exploring Barcelona.

Sin duda lo más destacable fue la limpieza, toda la casa estaba muy limpia, impoluta, que es lo que más valoramos cuando nos hospedamos fuera. Las sábanas también impecables, lo que da más comodidad. La llegada autónoma nos sirvió de mucha ayuda, ya que nuestro avión llegó tarde en la noche. Lo único es que en la habitación que da al patio interior, se escuchaban los ruidos de los vecinos, quienes en teoría se quejaron de que nosotros hicimos ruido una noche cuando estábamos todos durmiendo, pero por lo demás, todo bien.
