This recently refurbished one bedroom apartment is perfect for anyone looking for a modern place to stay next to Barceloneta beach, as well as being a short walk from the centre. With the double sofa bed, there is enough room for up to 3 guests. There is also WiFi and air conditioning for you to use and enjoy throughout your stay.
The living area is one large open space, where you will find the living diner and kitchen. This makes for a superb social space, for you and your guests to enjoy. With a white décor, the natural light reflects the walls nicely and makes for a bright space. Here you will find a TV, sofa and dining table, as well as the apartment´s own balcony.
Next to this space is the fully equipped kitchen, where you will be able to prepare all of your meals in this contemporary and well thought out space. You will be able to use the toaster, kettle and oven to prepare all of you meals that you need during your stay. In addition to this, there is a dish washer to help with cleaning up after mealtimes. This bright space has everything you need to cook up quick breakfasts and experimental Spanish food in equal measure.
The double bedroom, mirrors the modern feel of the apartment and continues the traditional tiled flooring, giving the apartment a historic touch. For a more central and cultural feel, you are a 14 minute walk from El Born and the Santa Maria del Mar, ensuring that you are near enough the centre should you want to visit. Lastly, for a green space, you are only a 16 minute walk from Parc de la Ciutadella and the Barcelona Zoo, which are both iconic landmarks in this part of the city.
PLEASE NOTE: The property is also for sale. Therefore, access must be provided for commercial visits once a week, coordinated by customer service, at times previously agreed with the tenant.

To confirm your reservation, it will be necessary to send us the required documentation, which will not only justify your ability to pay but also the reason for your temporary stay in Barcelona.
Important: our apartments are exclusively intended for temporary rentals, with clearly defined start and end dates. The stay cannot be extended beyond 11 months.

Barceloneta is a lovely neighbourhood in the Ciutat Vella district of Barcelona, located where the island of Maians was once situated. It is known for its expanse of beaches, as well as its numerous bars and seafood restaurants. You will find the town close to the Barcelona Port, near to some great museums and within a short walking distance or a quick metro ride from all of the top spots for sightseeing in the city.
La Barceloneta was originally constructed for the residents of La Ribera, who were displaced by the construction of the Ciutadella fortress (now the Ciutadella Park) built by King Felipe V in the 18th century. Since then, with the development of Port Vell and Port Olímpic, the area has become a major attraction for tourists and residents alike. The Barcelona aquarium and the IMAX theatre are situated close by, as well as the large Maremagnum shopping centre and a number of nightclubs. What's more, when walking down Passeig de Colom from Barceloneta, you will soon find yourself at Las Ramblas.
