Description

This apartment is located in Sants: a lovely quiet area for you and your guests to enjoy. This two bedroom apartment has enough space for up to 3 guests. Its bright and modern interior is very welcoming, making it easy for you to feel at home. In addition to this, there is WiFi, central heating and air-conditioning available.... 

The living area of this apartment is open plan where you will find the dining room and kitchen. The bright décor with wooden details, runs through the entire apartment and can be seen in the furniture and flooring, a touch that really lifts the space.

The living area consists of a sofa, TV and dining table, which make for a comfortable space for you and your guests to relax in after a day of sightseeing. There is also lots of natural light that comes in through the window and glass door. This leads out onto an outdoor patio facing the centre of the building, where you can find the washing machine.

The fully-equipped kitchen is a compact space found in the corner of the apartment. It has all the essentials you need to cook up a Spanish inspired dish, such as an oven, large fridge and coffee maker. In addition to this, with a toaster and kettle you can get breakfast ready for the day ahead.

There´s room for two guests in the bright and cosy first bedroom, with its double bed. Your privacy is also guaranteed by the sliding door, separating the room from the rest of the apartment in a unique style. The second bedroom is a single bedroom with the same décor and its own wardrobe space for your belongings. With a modern bathroom, it has an artistic feel to it, with a geometric pattern. Most importantly, the walk-in shower makes for a clean space in the apartment.

Being located in Sants area, you can enjoy the benefits of being away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre, whilst still being a walking distance away. Just a 15 minute walk away from the Plaza Espanya. This is known for its transport links to the airport, the Arenas de Barcelona shopping centre and the Montjuïc fountain and castle. If shopping is something you enjoy, then you will be happy to hear that you are a 23 minute walk from the Passeig de Gràcia highstreet, known for its designer shops. Alternatively, you can walk to the Sants train station for 10 minutes and enjoy a daytrip to a nearby coastal town.

Excelente departamento, tuvimos la suerte de encontrar fecha para antes de tomar un crucero, quisimos reservarlo para el regreso pero solo se podía como mínimo dos noches y solo en restábamos una y no comentaron que no era posible, si nos hubiera gustado mucho regresar, estuvimos cómodos y tiene varias habitaciones, la individual comparte el área de lavado, y los dos baños muy buenos. Cuentan con elevador lo cual fue importante para nosotros ya que venía una persona con movilidad reducida, es un elevador pequeño, caben bien dos personas un una maleta pequeña, nos dejaron unas bolsitas para limpieza las cuales fueron de gran utilidad, había jabón de manos y shampoo/body wash también secadora de cabello y toallas. Muy bien ubicado, fue muy cómodo y fácil de llegar, sí tienes que instalar una app para entrar y tener tu llave digital, gracias por la hospitalidad

Eixample is Catalan for 'extension', meaning an extension of the old Barcelona city. Eixample was designed by Catalan-born urban planning visionary, Ildefons Cerdà, who took traffic and sunlight (amongst many other things) into consideration when creating the plans for this new district.... 

Eixample is now characterised by its octagonal blocks and its grid-like pattern, with wide streets and both commercial and residential areas. It is split into two parts, Eixample Esquerra (Left, or in Spanish, Izquierdo) and Eixample Dret (Right, or in Spanish, Derecho), both of which are home to some fantastic restaurants and stores.

Eixample Izquierdo is delimited by the grand, Passeig de Gràcia, a paradise for shopping and dining, and Plaça d'Espanya, where the Montjuïc Magic Fountain and one of the biggest convention centres in Barcelona can be found. The Parc de Joan Miró, with its iconic 'Woman and Bird' sculpture created by the Barcelona-born artist, is also situated here, as well as the Arenas shopping centre, which was once a bull-fighting ring.

The Airbnb was exactly as advertised and good value for money, in a good location for our getaway. As a large group of nine we were hosted comfortably and the two bathrooms were a great help. The host was proactive and helpful in their communications, and despite an initial issue with the smart key at check-in we were able to resolve this in less than 20 minutes thanks to Ilse. Many thanks to the host for making our stay possible!

The flat location is very central. We didn’t have any problem during our stay. You have everything in the flat. The staff is very kind and nice. They helped us immediately when we needed.

Un excelente airbnb con muchísimo espacio!! Buena limpieza y cuartos cómodos y prácticos. Salas de estar igualmente cómodas y la ubicación muy práctica. La atención fue muy buena en cuanto a un problema que tuvimos con las llaves electrónicas y luego también muy amables con el late checkout. Volveríamos definitivamente!!! It's a spacious apartment in a great location. the check in process was a bit annoying having to download apps etc but we managed eventually. they could definitely do with better lighting and the shower heads need fixing in both showers but otherwise a good place and worth the money.
