The bright living-dining room comes with a sofa, TV, and dining table, perfect for enjoying your home-cooked meals. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, oven, toaster, kettle, and coffee maker, as well as other utensils you might need during your stay. There is also a washing machine and an iron for added convenience. From this room, you have access to a small interior patio furnished with a table and chairs.

The bedroom includes a double bed and plenty of storage space for your belongings. There is also a full bathroom with a bathtub and toilet.

Located in the Sants neighbourhood, you´ll be within walking distance of Plaça d´Espanya, the Magic Fountain of Montjuïc, and FC Barcelona’s Camp Nou. You’ll also find a wide variety of bars, restaurants, and cafés, along with local shops. Thanks to the excellent public transport connections, you’ll be able to explore the rest of the city with ease.

The neighbourhood of Sants is one of the most emblematic in Barcelona. It was once a small, independent town until the expansion of Barcelona, when it was annexed in 1897. Today, Sants is a residential area with plenty of parks, shops, and restaurants. The main street, Carrer de Sants, is one of Barcelona's biggest commercial avenues, where you can find many shops, markets, and great places for a bite to eat.... 

Choosing to rent an apartment in Sants allows you to immerse yourself among the locals of Barcelona, as tourists do not tend to frequent this area often in comparison with the towns of the inner city. However, Sants is still close to many of the major Barcelona attractions, particularly Plaça d'Espanya and Montjuïc, and you can reach Barcelona's city centre within minutes by metro.

L'accueil au bureau est très agréable et courtois. Appartement lumineux, bien équipé. Literie confortable. Séjour en février, l'appartement a une clim réversible donc pas de souci de chauffage. Le métro est vraiment à côté (station CLOT). l'appartement est super calme. Coté cuisine, il y a ce qu'il faut : four, micro-onde, grille pain, bouilloire, cafetière (à l'italienne), machine à laver, grand frigo / congel. Nombreux rangements, fer à repasser, étendage...tout y est.

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber bei der Ankunft und ist ideal gelegen, direkt bei U-Bahnstation "Clot", aber dennoch sehr ruhig am Abend, ideal für Familien. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, grosser Kühl- und Gefrierschrank, Waschmaschine. In der Nähe befindet sich ein kleiner Supermarkt. Die Wohnung ist absolut weiterzuempfehlen.
