The living dining room is a cosy and welcoming space that makes it easy for you all to socialise when at meal times or just relaxing watching the television, after a long day in the city. Furthermore, here you will find a large sofa, dining table and lots of storage space in the cabinets. The red interior makes this apartment bright and inviting due to the light let in throughout the day.
In the fully equipped kitchen, you will find everything you need in order to cook some wonderful and Spanish inspired meals. In keeping with the feel of the apartment, there is also plenty of natural light in the kitchen, giving the small space a warm glow.
Next to the kitchen there is a study room that gives a nice space for you and guests to have some privacy to work or relax in. In addition to this, there is also a single sofa bed for one of the three guests to stay in. The main attraction of this room is that it leads onto a balcony which you can use during your stay.
The main bedroom has a double bed in a large room, giving you plenty of space to keep your luggage. As well as this, the bedroom has its own walk-in wardrobe that is a very appealing feature of this bedroom, due to the space it creates. The bathroom in the apartment has everything you need, such as a walk-in shower among other amenities that you can enjoy during your stay.
Sant Antoni is a great location thanks to being walking distance to the centre of the city. You are a 15 minute walk from Plaza Espanya, where you can enjoy the Montjuic Magic Fountains, the MNAC gallery and the Arenas de Barcelona shopping centre. Also, this apartment is a 13 minute walk from the famous La Boqueria Market, which also backs onto La Rambla, it doesn´t get more central than that! Lastly, you have many bars and restaurants to choose from in and around the area of Sant Antoni, including the Sant Antoni Market which is only a 3 minute walk away.

If you wish to rent an apartment for a temporary period between 1 and 11 months, you can make your pre-reservation through our website. To do so, you must pay the indicated amount when selecting the dates of your stay.
To confirm your reservation, it will be necessary to send us the required documentation, which will not only justify your ability to pay but also the reason for your temporary stay in Barcelona.
Important: our apartments are exclusively intended for temporary rentals, with clearly defined start and end dates. The stay cannot be extended beyond 11 months.

Eixample is Catalan for 'extension', meaning an extension of the old Barcelona city. Eixample was designed by Catalan-born urban planning visionary, Ildefons Cerdà, who took traffic and sunlight (amongst many other things) into consideration when creating the plans for this new district.
Eixample is now characterised by its octagonal blocks and its grid-like pattern, with wide streets and both commercial and residential areas. It is split into two parts, Eixample Esquerra (Left, or in Spanish, Izquierdo) and Eixample Dret (Right, or in Spanish, Derecho), both of which are home to some fantastic restaurants and stores.
Eixample Izquierdo is delimited by the grand, Passeig de Gràcia, a paradise for shopping and dining, and Plaça d'Espanya, where the Montjuïc Magic Fountain and one of the biggest convention centres in Barcelona can be found. The Parc de Joan Miró, with its iconic 'Woman and Bird' sculpture created by the Barcelona-born artist, is also situated here, as well as the Arenas shopping centre, which was once a bull-fighting ring.
