Este cozy studio apartment is located in Barcelona city centre. With Wi-Fi available, it is the perfect place to spend a few days in the city.
As you enter, you will find the kitchen, which is fully equipped with a microwave oven with oven functions, fridge, toaster, Dolce Gusto capsule coffee machine and kettle, as well as all the other utensils you may need during your stay. There is also a dining table with chairs, perfect for enjoying home-cooked meals. For added convenience, the apartment also includes a washer-dryer.
There is also a comfortable sofa, where you can relax while watching TV after a long day exploring the city.
Right next to it, you will find the double bed, which offers storage space underneath. There is also a clothes rack for hanging clothes and storing your belongings. The studio also features a fully equipped bathroom with a shower and toilet.
Located in the Sant Antoni neighbourhood, the apartment is easily accessible from the airport. You will also be close to the popular Eixample and Montjuïc districts, both full of life and home to many iconic attractions. The area is surrounded by a wide selection of bars, restaurants and cafés, as well as local shops.
GOOD TO KNOW: This is a compact studio apartment. However, it has been thoughtfully designed to provide a functional and comfortable stay with everything you need. Please note that access to the apartment includes a few steps, which are part of the building´s layout, while still offering convenient and pleasant access for guests.

If you wish to rent an apartment for a temporary period between 1 and 11 months, you can make your pre-reservation through our website. To do so, you must pay the indicated amount when selecting the dates of your stay.
To confirm your reservation, it will be necessary to send us the required documentation, which will not only justify your ability to pay but also the reason for your temporary stay in Barcelona.
Important: our apartments are exclusively intended for temporary rentals, with clearly defined start and end dates. The stay cannot be extended beyond 11 months.

District
Eixample is Catalan for 'extension', meaning an extension of the old Barcelona city. Eixample was designed by Catalan-born urban planning visionary, Ildefons Cerdà, who took traffic and sunlight (amongst many other things) into consideration when creating the plans for this new district.
Eixample is now characterised by its octagonal blocks and its grid-like pattern, with wide streets and both commercial and residential areas. It is split into two parts, Eixample Esquerra (Left, or in Spanish, Izquierdo) and Eixample Dret (Right, or in Spanish, Derecho), both of which are home to some fantastic restaurants and stores.
Eixample Izquierdo is delimited by the grand, Passeig de Gràcia, a paradise for shopping and dining, and Plaça d'Espanya, where the Montjuïc Magic Fountain and one of the biggest convention centres in Barcelona can be found. The Parc de Joan Miró, with its iconic 'Woman and Bird' sculpture created by the Barcelona-born artist, is also situated here, as well as the Arenas shopping centre, which was once a bull-fighting ring.
