PLEASE NOTE: This is a quiet residential building. Out of respect for the neighbours, noise is not permitted between 10:00pm and 8:00am. Furthermore, the consumption of alcohol and drugs is prohibited within the building and in all communal areas. Failure to comply with any of these rules may result in penalties and the partial or full retention of the security deposit by AB Apartment Barcelona.
This three-bedroom apartment is located in the Eixample district and can accommodate up to 5 guests. With WiFi, air conditioning and a beautiful private terrace, it offers everything you need for a wonderful stay in Barcelona.
The living room enjoys plenty of natural light and features a modern, elegant design. There is a comfortable sofa and television, perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the city. From here, you have access to your private terrace with exceptional views of the Sagrada Família.
For those who enjoy cooking, there is a fully equipped kitchen for you and your guests. Here you will find a toaster, kettle and coffee machine, as well as an oven and microwave for preparing meals. Next to this area, there is a dining table with chairs where you can enjoy your meals together.
The bedrooms feature a total of 5 single beds and come with bed linen and towels. They are bright, spacious and offer plenty of storage space. In addition, there is one full bathroom with a shower.
Staying in the Eixample district gives you a fantastic base for exploring Barcelona, close to many of the city´s main attractions. For sightseeing, you are just a 2-minute walk from the former bullring of La Monumental and only an 8-minute walk from the Sagrada Família. For shopping, the Glòries Shopping Centre is just an 11-minute walk away, while the iconic Passeig de Gràcia can be reached in just 8 minutes by metro. From here, you also have easy access to Plaça Catalunya and the many fantastic restaurants and bars in the area.

If you wish to rent an apartment for a temporary period between 1 and 11 months, you can make your pre-reservation through our website. To do so, you must pay the indicated amount when selecting the dates of your stay.
To confirm your reservation, it will be necessary to send us the required documentation, which will not only justify your ability to pay but also the reason for your temporary stay in Barcelona.
Important: our apartments are exclusively intended for temporary rentals, with clearly defined start and end dates. The stay cannot be extended beyond 11 months.

District
Eixample is Catalan for 'extension', meaning an extension of the old Barcelona city, and it is one of the most popular districts in the Catalan capital. Eixample was designed by Catalan-born architect, Ildefons Cerdà, who took traffic and sunlight (amongst many other things) into consideration when drawing up the plans of the new area.
Eixample is now characterised by its octagonal blocks and its grid-like pattern, with wide streets and both commercial and residential areas. It is split into two parts, Eixample Esquerra (Left, or in Spanish, Izquierdo) and Eixample Dret (Right, or in Spanish, Derecho), and is home to one of the most famous streets in Barcelona, Passeig de Gràcia, known for its high fashion stores and trendy restaurants.
The street is intersected by the long Avinguda Diagonal, which runs through the entire city.
Eixample Derecho is home to many gems of 'Modernisme' architecture, including the unique Casa Milà (La Pedrera), the colourful Casa Batlló and the towering Sagrada Familia, known as Gaudí's unfinished masterpiece. You will also find plenty of great bars and cafés here, too, and if you decide to choose one of the many Barcelona apartments in Eixample Derecho for your stay, you will be able to easily explore the city, due to the neighbourhood's convenient, central location and excellent public transportation services.
