Furthermore, the consumption of alcohol and drugs is prohibited in the building and in the communal areas. It includes a dining table and chairs, as well as a comfortable sofa and TV, perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the city. The apartment also boasts exceptional views of the Sagrada Família that you can admire throughout your stay.

You are just a 2-minute walk from the former bullring La Monumental and only an 8-minute walk from the Sagrada Família. For shopping, the Glòries Shopping Centre is just an 11-minute walk away, while the iconic Passeig de Gràcia can be reached in only 8 minutes by metro. From here, you also have easy access to Plaça Catalunya and the area´s fantastic restaurants and bars.

If you wish to rent an apartment for a temporary period between 1 and 11 months, you can make your pre-reservation through our website. To do so, you must pay the indicated amount when selecting the dates of your stay.
To confirm your reservation, it will be necessary to send us the required documentation, which will not only justify your ability to pay but also the reason for your temporary stay in Barcelona.
Important: our apartments are exclusively intended for temporary rentals, with clearly defined start and end dates. The stay cannot be extended beyond 11 months.

District
Eixample is Catalan for 'extension', meaning an extension of the old Barcelona city, and it is one of the most popular districts in the Catalan capital. Eixample was designed by Catalan-born architect, Ildefons Cerdà, who took traffic and sunlight (amongst many other things) into consideration when drawing up the plans of the new area.
Eixample is now characterised by its octagonal blocks and its grid-like pattern, with wide streets and both commercial and residential areas. It is split into two parts, Eixample Esquerra (Left, or in Spanish, Izquierdo) and Eixample Dret (Right, or in Spanish, Derecho), and is home to one of the most famous streets in Barcelona, Passeig de Gràcia, known for its high fashion stores and trendy restaurants.
The street is intersected by the long Avinguda Diagonal, which runs through the entire city.
Eixample Derecho is home to many gems of 'Modernisme' architecture, including the unique Casa Milà (La Pedrera), the colourful Casa Batlló and the towering Sagrada Familia, known as Gaudí's unfinished masterpiece.
