This 3-bedroom apartment, located in the Eixample district, features a private terrace with views of the iconic Sagrada Familia. With WiFi, air conditioning, central heating and an unforgettable outlook, this apartment is perfect for a stay in Barcelona. ... 

The living room is bright and features a sofa and TV, giving you the ideal space to relax after a long day. There is also a dining table.

The kitchen is well-equipped with oven, microwave, and coffee maker, as well as other basic utensils to prepare delicious meals during your stay.

The 3 bedrooms have natural light thanks to the large windows that open onto the large terrace. They also offer sufficient storage space so you can feel at home. There are 2 bathrooms in the apartment.

Being located in Eixample offers an excellent location for your stay in Barcelona, close to the best places of interest. For sightseeing, you are only a 6 minute walk from the world famous UNESCO World Heritage Site, the Sagrada Familia and a 10-minute walk foot of Gaudí´s Casa Batlló. You are an 11-minute walk from Plaça Catalunya, with easy access from there to any point in Barcelona. The neighborhood is full of restaurants, bars and supermarkets nearby. With plenty to do in the area, this apartment is perfect for spending some time in Barcelona.

Domaćin je bio ljubazan,komunikacija veoma dobra. Brzo je odgovarano na poruke. Čisto ,kuhinja je dobro opremljena jedino je hvalilo po koja kapsula za kafu 🤗ali ništa strašno. Eixample is Catalan for 'extension', meaning an extension of the old Barcelona city, and it is one of the most popular districts in the Catalan capital. Eixample was designed by Catalan-born architect, Ildefons Cerdà, who took traffic and sunlight (amongst many other things) into consideration when drawing up the plans of the new area.... 

Eixample is now characterised by its octagonal blocks and its grid-like pattern, with wide streets and both commercial and residential areas. It is split into two parts, Eixample Esquerra (Left, or in Spanish, Izquierdo) and Eixample Dret (Right, or in Spanish, Derecho), and is home to one of the most famous streets in Barcelona, Passeig de Gràcia, known for its high fashion stores and trendy restaurants.

The street is intersected by the long Avinguda Diagonal, which runs through the entire city.

Eixample Derecho is home to many gems of 'Modernisme' architecture, including the unique Casa Milà (La Pedrera), the colourful Casa Batlló and the towering Sagrada Familia, known as Gaudí's unfinished masterpiece. You will also find plenty of great bars and cafés here, too, and if you decide to choose one of the many Barcelona apartments in Eixample Derecho for your stay, you will be able to easily explore the city, due to the neighbourhood's convenient, central location and excellent public transportation services.  Read more

Loved Gracia so much. The best place in Barcelona to stay for sure. We had some issues in the middle of our stay but AB were on top of it. They did any work around us and did not let it get the best of our holiday. We are greatful for that and the amazing trip we had
