This 4-bedroom apartment is located in the Eixample district and offers incredible views of the iconic Sagrada Familia. With WiFi, central heating and air conditioning, it is the perfect place to enjoy a stay in Barcelona.
The living room is equipped with a sofa, TV and dining table, creating a welcoming space where you can relax. From this area of the apartment, you also have access to the 10m² private terrace, which fills the room with natural light and offers stunning views of the Sagrada Familia.
The apartment´s fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, oven, toaster and coffee machine, along with other utensils you may need during your stay.
The apartment features 4 bedrooms, each with enough storage space for your belongings. There are also 2 bathrooms, each equipped with a shower and toilet.

If you wish to rent an apartment for a temporary period between 1 and 11 months, you can make your pre-reservation through our website. To do so, you must pay the indicated amount when selecting the dates of your stay.
To confirm your reservation, it will be necessary to send us the required documentation, which will not only justify your ability to pay but also the reason for your temporary stay in Barcelona.
Important: our apartments are exclusively intended for temporary rentals, with clearly defined start and end dates. The stay cannot be extended beyond 11 months.

District
Eixample is Catalan for 'extension', meaning an extension of the old Barcelona city, and it is one of the most popular districts in the Catalan capital. Eixample was designed by Catalan-born architect, Ildefons Cerdà, who took traffic and sunlight (amongst many other things) into consideration when drawing up the plans of the new area.
Eixample is now characterised by its octagonal blocks and its grid-like pattern, with wide streets and both commercial and residential areas. It is split into two parts, Eixample Esquerra (Left, or in Spanish, Izquierdo) and Eixample Dret (Right, or in Spanish, Derecho), and is home to one of the most famous streets in Barcelona, Passeig de Gràcia, known for its high fashion stores and trendy restaurants.
The street is intersected by the long Avinguda Diagonal, which runs through the entire city.
Eixample Derecho is home to many gems of 'Modernisme' architecture, including the unique Casa Milà (La Pedrera), the colourful Casa Batlló and the towering Sagrada Familia, known as Gaudí's unfinished masterpiece.
