This three-bedroom apartment is found in the Eixample district, with space for up to 5 people. With WiFi and air conditioning it offers all you need for a wonderful break in Barcelona.... 

The open living-diner has lots of natural light from the window, and has a sleek, modern design. You have the sofa & television to use to relax after a day spent exploring the city. Next to this space, you will find the dining table & chairs to use for meal times.

As for cooking in the apartment, you have the fully-equipped kitchen for you and your guests to use. Here you can find a toaster, blender, and coffee machine, as well as an oven, hob and microwave to cook dinner with your guests.

The first bedroom has a double bed, and feels spacious and bright thanks to the window, and it also has a desk area and wardrobe space. The second bedroom also has a double bed and is spacious with lots of natural light too. Both beds can be converted into two single beds. The third bedroom has a single bed. In addition to this, there is a bathroom complete with a shower and another one with a toilet and sink.

Being located in Eixample offers a great location for your stay in Barcelona, close to all the best sights. For some sightseeing, you are just 2-minute´s walk from the old bull ring of La Monumental, and just 8-minute´s walk from the Sagrada Familia. For shopping, you are just 11-minute´s walk from the Glòries Shopping Centre and only 8-minute´s by metro from the iconic Passeig de Gràcia. From here you have access to the Plaça Catalunya, and all the fantastic restaurants and bars in the area.

District

Eixample is Catalan for 'extension', meaning an extension of the old Barcelona city, and it is one of the most popular districts in the Catalan capital. Eixample was designed by Catalan-born architect, Ildefons Cerdà, who took traffic and sunlight (amongst many other things) into consideration when drawing up the plans of the new area.... 

Eixample is now characterised by its octagonal blocks and its grid-like pattern, with wide streets and both commercial and residential areas. It is split into two parts, Eixample Esquerra (Left, or in Spanish, Izquierdo) and Eixample Dret (Right, or in Spanish, Derecho), and is home to one of the most famous streets in Barcelona, Passeig de Gràcia, known for its high fashion stores and trendy restaurants.

The street is intersected by the long Avinguda Diagonal, which runs through the entire city.

Eixample Derecho is home to many gems of 'Modernisme' architecture, including the unique Casa Milà (La Pedrera), the colourful Casa Batlló and the towering Sagrada Familia, known as Gaudí's unfinished masterpiece. The apartment was in a very well located place and was in a walkable distance from most places. The apartment was clean and was exactly as listed, it accommodated a group of 5 with the 2 showers and 2 bathrooms being very useful. The balcony was a very big and supplied sunbeds to spend time in the sun. Als eine Gruppe von 7 Leuten war es schön in dem Apartment einen Aufenthaltsbereich zu haben und Doppelzimmer, ohne dass jemand im Wohnzimmer schlafen muss. Die Zimmer haben zwar bis auf eins keine Fenster, aber bei der Bauweise sucht man das in Barcelona wohl sowieso erfolglos. Die Lage ist toll, die Umgebung sicher, man ist sehr schnell an der Sagrada Familia oder mit der U-Bahn überall hin. Nett war auch, dass es eine Spülmaschine gab und zum Start wurde uns ein Spülmaschinentab gegeben sowie kleine Päckchen Salz und Öl (reicht für ein Kleines essen, aber für den Anfang super nett!).

Great Apartment right next to the Metro station and walking distance to the centre of Barcelona. Nice and clean. The bathroom was a little bit dated but clean and functional. We had an issue with hot water on the first day but this was solved quickly by an engineer. The key card system was a bit tricky on the first day but the host was very responsive and helped get everything setup. Nice terrace for a drink after a long day.

Tolle Unterkunft, mitten in Barcelona! Wir waren 7 Mädels und hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Das Apartment war super ausgestattet und die Terrasse ein absoluter plus Punkt. Das einzige was etwas gestört hat war das es sehr hellhörig ist und man extrem leise sein muss da die Nachbarn schnell sich gestört fühlen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Apartment war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, dadurch das man keine Schlüssel benötigt und mit einer App einchecken kann, war die Ankunft sehr einfach und bequem. Vielen Dank! Gerne kommen wir wieder :)

We couldn't be happier with our choice of accommodation in Barcelona! The apartment was a perfect fit for our group of seven, offering ample space and a stunning balcony. It was impeccably clean, roomy, and surprisingly quiet despite its convenient location right next to the metro stop, restaurants, and a supermarket. Getting to Sagrada Familia was a breeze, just one quick metro stop away, and accessing other parts of the city was equally convenient. We're already planning our next visit – this place was a winner!

Hosts very easy to communicate with and a pleasure, couldn’t fault our stay, and definitely consider returning. Location is walking distance to the beach and city centre, although plenty options in the area for shops and food. Even had a lovely tapas restaurant next door. The roof terrace was just the cherry on the cake with beautiful 360 views. Ticked all boxes

Las llaves digitales para entrar al edificio fueron una gran cosa para simplificar la logística del viaje. Muy buena la terraza.
