Description
This three-bedroom apartment is located in the Eixample, with space for up to 6 people. With WiFi, air conditioning and heating it offers everything you need for a wonderful getaway to Barcelona....
The living room has plenty of natural light, and has an elegant design. You have the sofa and TV to relax after a day exploring the city. You will be able to admire the exceptional views of the Sagrada Familia from the windows.
As for cooking in the apartment, there is a fully equipped kitchen for you and your guests. Here you can find a toaster, kettle and oven to prepare dinner with your guests. You will also find a dining table and chairs to use at mealtimes.
The apartment comes with six single beds. The bedrooms have plenty of natural light, are spacious and have plenty of storage space. In addition, there are two full bathrooms with showers. places of interest. For sightseeing, you are only a 2-minute walk from the old bullring of La Monumental, and only an 8-minute walk from the Sagrada Familia. For shopping, you are only an 11-minute walk from the Glòries Shopping Center and only 8 minutes by metro from the iconic Passeig de Gràcia. Eixample is Catalan for 'extension', meaning an extension of the old Barcelona city, and it is one of the most popular districts in the Catalan capital. Eixample was designed by Catalan-born architect, Ildefons Cerdà, who took traffic and sunlight (amongst many other things) into consideration when drawing up the plans of the new area....
Eixample is now characterised by its octagonal blocks and its grid-like pattern, with wide streets and both commercial and residential areas. It is split into two parts, Eixample Esquerra (Left, or in Spanish, Izquierdo) and Eixample Dret (Right, or in Spanish, Derecho), and is home to one of the most famous streets in Barcelona, Passeig de Gràcia, known for its high fashion stores and trendy restaurants.
The street is intersected by the long Avinguda Diagonal, which runs through the entire city.
Eixample Derecho is home to many gems of 'Modernisme' architecture, including the unique Casa Milà (La Pedrera), the colourful Casa Batlló and the towering Sagrada Familia, known as Gaudí's unfinished masterpiece. The apartment was very cool, highly recommend it.
3 separate bedrooms with doors, which is super comfy. In the smallest one there’s a single bed and almost no daylight, cause windows go into the backyard, but 2 others are big enough, with nice views. One more advantage - every bedroom has a big, comfy wardrobe for clothes, with hangers and everything. You also have a washing machine, iron, dishwasher. Great living room - nice sofa, big table - very cool for a dinner. Comfy kitchen with everything you need, moreover the landlord even gives you all things for washing dishes, etc. in an individual package - never seen something like that before. 2 bathrooms, with even 2 hairdryers!
And the best thing - online check-in available, doors open with your mobile phone via app - all guests have they’re own keys, + you don’t need to remember not to forget them, etc.! Ideal.
