Furthermore, the consumption of alcohol and drugs is strictly prohibited in the building and in all common areas. Failure to comply with any of these rules may result in penalties and the partial or total retention of the security deposit by AB Apartment Barcelona.
This two-bedroom apartment is located in Eixample and can accommodate up to 4 people. With WiFi, air conditioning and a beautiful private terrace, it offers everything you need for a wonderful stay in Barcelona.
The living area enjoys plenty of natural light and features an elegant, modern design. There is a sofa and Smart TV where you can relax after a day exploring the city. From here, you have access to your private terrace with exceptional views of the Sagrada Familia.
For cooking during your stay, there is a fully equipped kitchen for you and your guests. Here you will find a toaster, blender, kettle and coffee machine, as well as an oven and microwave. Next to this area, there is a dining table and chairs to enjoy your meals.
Both bedrooms are spacious and filled with natural light, offering plenty of storage space. In addition, there is a full bathroom with a shower.
Being located in Eixample, the apartment offers a fantastic base for your stay in Barcelona, close to some of the city´s most famous attractions. For sightseeing, you are just a 2-minute walk from the historic La Monumental bullring and only an 8-minute walk from the Sagrada Familia. For shopping, you are just an 11-minute walk from Glòries Shopping Centre and only 8 minutes by metro from the iconic Passeig de Gràcia. From here, you also have easy access to Plaça Catalunya and the many fantastic restaurants and bars in the area.

If you wish to rent an apartment for a temporary period between 1 and 11 months, you can make your pre-reservation through our website. To do so, you must pay the indicated amount when selecting the dates of your stay.
To confirm your reservation, it will be necessary to send us the required documentation, which will not only justify your ability to pay but also the reason for your temporary stay in Barcelona.
Important: our apartments are exclusively intended for temporary rentals, with clearly defined start and end dates. The stay cannot be extended beyond 11 months.

District
Eixample is Catalan for 'extension', meaning an extension of the old Barcelona city, and it is one of the most popular districts in the Catalan capital. Eixample was designed by Catalan-born architect, Ildefons Cerdà, who took traffic and sunlight (amongst many other things) into consideration when drawing up the plans of the new area.
Eixample is now characterised by its octagonal blocks and its grid-like pattern, with wide streets and both commercial and residential areas. It is split into two parts, Eixample Esquerra (Left, or in Spanish, Izquierdo) and Eixample Dret (Right, or in Spanish, Derecho), and is home to one of the most famous streets in Barcelona, Passeig de Gràcia, known for its high fashion stores and trendy restaurants.
The street is intersected by the long Avinguda Diagonal, which runs through the entire city.
Eixample Derecho is home to many gems of 'Modernisme' architecture, including the unique Casa Milà (La Pedrera), the colourful Casa Batlló and the towering Sagrada Familia, known as Gaudí's unfinished masterpiece. You will also find plenty of great bars and cafés here, too, and if you decide to choose one of the many Barcelona apartments in Eixample Derecho for your stay, you will be able to easily explore the city, due to the neighbourhood's convenient, central location and excellent public transportation services.
