The living area is filled with natural light. Relax on the comfortable sofa while enjoying your favorite shows on the television, all set against the backdrop of the iconic Sagrada Familia. The apartment’s layout offers exceptional views and a welcoming atmosphere to unwind after a day of city exploration.

When it´s time to eat, take advantage of the fully-equipped kitchen. It includes all the essentials such as a toaster, kettle, and coffee maker, alongside an oven and microwave, perfect for preparing meals.

The apartment hosts three bedrooms providing plenty of space for all guests. Additionally, the apartment houses one bathroom.

Situated in the vibrant Eixample neighborhood, the location is ideal for experiencing Barcelona’s most famous attractions. Just a short 8-minute walk takes you to the magnificent Sagrada Familia. For shopping enthusiasts, the Glòries Shopping Centre is only an 11-minute walk away, while the historic and scenic Passeig de Gràcia, with its array of shops and eateries, is a brief 8-minute metro ride away.

District

Eixample is Catalan for 'extension', meaning an extension of the old Barcelona city, and it is one of the most popular districts in the Catalan capital. Eixample was designed by Catalan-born architect, Ildefons Cerdà, who took traffic and sunlight (amongst many other things) into consideration when drawing up the plans of the new area.... 

Eixample is now characterised by its octagonal blocks and its grid-like pattern, with wide streets and both commercial and residential areas. It is split into two parts, Eixample Esquerra (Left, or in Spanish, Izquierdo) and Eixample Dret (Right, or in Spanish, Derecho), and is home to one of the most famous streets in Barcelona, Passeig de Gràcia, known for its high fashion stores and trendy restaurants.

The street is intersected by the long Avinguda Diagonal, which runs through the entire city.

Eixample Derecho is home to many gems of 'Modernisme' architecture, including the unique Casa Milà (La Pedrera), the colourful Casa Batlló and the towering Sagrada Familia, known as Gaudí's unfinished masterpiece. Very nice location, Sagrada La Familia is visible from the balcony and in 5-10 mins walk . The location is close to Gothic Quarter as well. There are many restaurants near. The apartments are nice, cozy and authentic, nice ceiling) everything is not so big, rooms are small but very comfortable. There are 3 balcony with a nice view. The street is a bit loud during the day, as there are many excursions heading to Sagrada La Familia through it, but we haven’t had any issues at night.

We liked the apartment and the location. It could be a little cleaner (there were hairs on the couch and the washing machine smelled). It was lovely to get the welcoming pack which we used and it was helpful. We were a little afraid of not making too much noise because it was so emphasized and the building was obviously older and not isolated enough and you could hear noises from other apartmants and the street. So that was a bit stresfull :) At the end we were very happy with our stay!

It is literally a block behind La Sagrada Familia. I loved the apartment. The place was wonderful. It was very clean also when we entered for the first time to the flat, the smell of fresh cleaning smell was coming out of it. The host was very helpful and answered all my questions. They even sent me recommendations about where I can eat, where I visit etc. I absolutely loved the place, definetely recommend it👍

I had a great time staying in this flat. It is very well located, 3-4 mins walk to Sagrada Familia. You have the sun each day on the beautiful balcony, with the amazing view of Sagrada Familia. The place was great. We loved the location and the view from the balcony of Sagrada Familia. The bed was comfortable and we loved the rainfall showerhead. The air conditioning was very efficient at keeping the apartment cool during the day. The dumpling restaurant next door was very good and the convenience of the corner cafe for breakfast was great. Also, there is really nice gelateria around the corner called Holy Madre. The apartment looks just like the picture and is small but was just fine for the two of us.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Barcelona rundum genossen - die Wohnung liegt perfekt mit Blick auf die Sagrada Familia, ganz nah an der Metro-Station und mit vielen Bushaltestellen rundrum. Im Quartier einige kleine Supermärkte, Cafés und Läden. Zwar muss man sich zuerst den Schlüssel im Büro abholen, doch da man dort sein Gepäck unterstellen kann, war das für uns prima, da wir so den Abreisetag noch ohne Koffer genießen konnten. Vond er Stadt sind wir begeistert - wir haben sehr viel unternommen und längst nicht alles gesehen, was uns interessiert - daher werden wir wieder kommen ...

Nous y étions très peu car toujours en « vadrouille » mais nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement très bien situé. Description de l’annonce fidèle à la réalité. Proximité des transports en commun, un petit magasin alimentaire juste â cote de l’immeuble. Nous avons loué une place dans un parking sous-terrain sur plusieurs jours pour un prix très raisonnable. A savoir: il est possible de stationner avec les warnings dans la petite rue piétonne le temps de décharger les affaires. Très satisfaits de notre séjour à Barcelone

Great location, affordable, close to many shops, restaurants and venues; the taxis are always passing in front of the property so there’s an easy way to move around in the city. The property has 3 small balconies from which you can see the Sagrada Familia Basilica. The host was very cooperative and always communicated with us in advance and with important reminders. The property is not a luxurious one, but it has all the works and it is cozy and great located, a perfect fit for your stay in Barcelona.
