PLEASE NOTE: This is a residential and quiet building. Out of respect for the neighbours, noise is prohibited between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Furthermore, the consumption of alcohol and drugs is strictly prohibited in the building and in all common areas. Failure to comply with any of these rules may result in penalties and the partial or total retention of the security deposit by AB Apartment Barcelona.
This 3-bedroom apartment is located in the Eixample district and can accommodate up to 6 people. It offers WiFi and air conditioning, providing everything you need for a comfortable stay in Barcelona.
The open-plan living and dining area is filled with natural light thanks to the window overlooking the Sagrada Familia. It features an elegant and modern design. Here you will find a sofa and a TV, as well as a dining table.
For cooking, you will have access to a fully equipped kitchen with a toaster, blender and coffee machine, along with many other useful kitchen utensils.
There are three bedrooms, all offering plenty of space to store your belongings. The apartment also features 2 bathrooms, each equipped with a shower and toilet.
Thanks to its location in Eixample, you will enjoy an excellent base for exploring Barcelona, close to many of the city´s most famous landmarks and streets. For sightseeing, you are just a 2-minute walk from the historic La Monumental bullring and only an 8-minute walk from the Sagrada Familia. For shopping, you are just an 11-minute walk from Glòries Shopping Centre and only 8 minutes by metro from the famous Passeig de Gràcia. From here, you also have easy access to Plaça Catalunya and the many fantastic restaurants and bars in the area.

If you wish to rent an apartment for a temporary period between 1 and 11 months, you can make your pre-reservation through our website. To do so, you must pay the indicated amount when selecting the dates of your stay.
To confirm your reservation, it will be necessary to send us the required documentation, which will not only justify your ability to pay but also the reason for your temporary stay in Barcelona.
Important: our apartments are exclusively intended for temporary rentals, with clearly defined start and end dates. The stay cannot be extended beyond 11 months.

District
Eixample is Catalan for 'extension', meaning an extension of the old Barcelona city, and it is one of the most popular districts in the Catalan capital. Eixample was designed by Catalan-born architect, Ildefons Cerdà, who took traffic and sunlight (amongst many other things) into consideration when drawing up the plans of the new area.
Eixample is now characterised by its octagonal blocks and its grid-like pattern, with wide streets and both commercial and residential areas. It is split into two parts, Eixample Esquerra (Left, or in Spanish, Izquierdo) and Eixample Dret (Right, or in Spanish, Derecho), and is home to one of the most famous streets in Barcelona, Passeig de Gràcia, known for its high fashion stores and trendy restaurants.
The street is intersected by the long Avinguda Diagonal, which runs through the entire city.
Eixample Derecho is home to many gems of 'Modernisme' architecture, including the unique Casa Milà (La Pedrera), the colourful Casa Batlló and the towering Sagrada Familia, known as Gaudí's unfinished masterpiece. You will also find plenty of great bars and cafés here, too, and if you decide to choose one of the many Barcelona apartments in Eixample Derecho for your stay, you will be able to easily explore the city, due to the neighbourhood's convenient, central location and excellent public transportation services.
