This 3-bedroom apartment, located in the Eixample district, is close to some of Barcelona´s most famous attractions, including the iconic Sagrada Familia. With WiFi, air conditioning, central heating and unforgettable views, this apartment is perfect for spending a few days in Barcelona.
The living area features an elegant design and is complete with a TV and a sofa, providing the perfect space to relax after a long day of sightseeing. The kitchen is also fully equipped with everything you need, allowing you to prepare delicious homemade meals (with a view!) during your stay. These meals can be enjoyed at the dining table, which overlooks the world-famous Sagrada Familia.
The 3 bedrooms offer plenty of storage space so that you can feel right at home. There are 2 bathrooms in the apartment, each with its own shower and toilet.
Being located in Eixample offers an excellent base for your stay in Barcelona, close to many of the city´s top attractions. For sightseeing, you are just a 6-minute walk from the world-famous UNESCO World Heritage Site, the Sagrada Familia, and only a 10-minute walk from Gaudí´s Casa Batlló. You are also just 11 minutes on foot from Plaça Catalunya, with easy access from there to the rest of Barcelona. The neighbourhood is an excellent choice for those interested in monuments, architecture, local culture and city stays. With so much to do nearby, this apartment is perfect for spending a few days in Barcelona.

If you wish to rent an apartment for a temporary period between 1 and 11 months, you can make your pre-reservation through our website. To do so, you must pay the indicated amount when selecting the dates of your stay.
To confirm your reservation, it will be necessary to send us the required documentation, which will not only justify your ability to pay but also the reason for your temporary stay in Barcelona.
Important: our apartments are exclusively intended for temporary rentals, with clearly defined start and end dates. The stay cannot be extended beyond 11 months.

District
Eixample is Catalan for 'extension', meaning an extension of the old Barcelona city, and it is one of the most popular districts in the Catalan capital. Eixample was designed by Catalan-born architect, Ildefons Cerdà, who took traffic and sunlight (amongst many other things) into consideration when drawing up the plans of the new area.
Eixample is now characterised by its octagonal blocks and its grid-like pattern, with wide streets and both commercial and residential areas. It is split into two parts, Eixample Esquerra (Left, or in Spanish, Izquierdo) and Eixample Dret (Right, or in Spanish, Derecho), and is home to one of the most famous streets in Barcelona, Passeig de Gràcia, known for its high fashion stores and trendy restaurants.
The street is intersected by the long Avinguda Diagonal, which runs through the entire city.
Eixample Derecho is home to many gems of 'Modernisme' architecture, including the unique Casa Milà (La Pedrera), the colourful Casa Batlló and the towering Sagrada Familia, known as Gaudí's unfinished masterpiece. You will also find plenty of great bars and cafés here, too, and if you decide to choose one of the many Barcelona apartments in Eixample Derecho for your stay, you will be able to easily explore the city, due to the neighbourhood's convenient, central location and excellent public transportation services.
