This three-bedroom apartment is found in the Eixample district, with space for up to 5 people. With WiFi and air conditioning it offers all you need for a wonderful getaway in Barcelona.... 

The living room enjoys plenty of natural light and has an elegant design. It has a table and chairs for dining, as well as a sofa and a TV to relax after a day exploring the city. The apartment also has exceptional views of the Sagrada Familia that you can admire.

As for cooking in the apartment, there is a well-equipped kitchen with which you can prepare delicious meals for yourself and your guests. You will find a toaster and a kettle, as well as an oven and microwave.

There are 3 rooms in total and they each come with bed linen and towels. They have plenty of natural light, are spacious and have storage space. In addition, there are 2 bathroom complete with shower.

Being located in Eixample offers a great location for your stay in Barcelona, close to all the best sights. For some sightseeing, you are just 2-minute´s walk from the old bull ring of La Monumental, and just 8-minute´s walk from the Sagrada Familia. For shopping, you are just 11-minute´s walk from the Glòries Shopping Centre and only 8-minute´s by metro from the iconic Passeig de Gràcia. From here you have access to the Plaça Catalunya, and all the fantastic restaurants and bars in the area.

District

Eixample is Catalan for 'extension', meaning an extension of the old Barcelona city, and it is one of the most popular districts in the Catalan capital. Eixample was designed by Catalan-born architect, Ildefons Cerdà, who took traffic and sunlight (amongst many other things) into consideration when drawing up the plans of the new area.... 

Eixample is now characterised by its octagonal blocks and its grid-like pattern, with wide streets and both commercial and residential areas. It is split into two parts, Eixample Esquerra (Left, or in Spanish, Izquierdo) and Eixample Dret (Right, or in Spanish, Derecho), and is home to one of the most famous streets in Barcelona, Passeig de Gràcia, known for its high fashion stores and trendy restaurants.

The street is intersected by the long Avinguda Diagonal, which runs through the entire city.

Eixample Derecho is home to many gems of 'Modernisme' architecture, including the unique Casa Milà (La Pedrera), the colourful Casa Batlló and the towering Sagrada Familia, known as Gaudí's unfinished masterpiece. The flat was amazing! It's huge and spacious, the beds are comfortable, the bathroom and kitchen are clean and convenient, considering we were 2 guests and the fact that the apartment has 2 bathrooms was more than welcome. Location is good: Monumental station is just downstairs. There are a lot of restaurants and shops around. A lot of places within reach. Das Apartment hat genau den Vorstellungen und den Bildern im Internet entsprochen. Die Lage war sehr zentral. 1 Schlafzimmer war zum Hinterhof und daher sehr ruhig. Das andere war zur Strasse aber die Fenster isolierten den Lärm sehr gut. 2 Badezimmer war ebenfalls sehr praktisch.
