This 3 bedroom apartment is located in the charming neighbourhood of Sant Martí. With WiFi connection and air conditioning, it is the ideal place to enjoy a few days in the Catalan Capital.... 

The living room is spacious and has an open-plan design. Within this space you will find a sofa, TV, and a dining table, creating the perfect area to relax. From here, you also have access to the balcony, which lets natural light into the room.

With regards to cooking in the apartment, the kitchen is fully equipped, complete with a microwave, oven, toaster and coffee maker, among other utensils that you may need during your stay.

The property has 3 bedrooms, each with sufficient storage space for your belongings. Furthermore, there are 2 bathrooms. Additionally, two parking spaces are available upon request and subject to availability (measurements are 4.43m x 2.64m and 4.43m x 3.44m).

Sant Martí is a charming and serene neighbourhood in Barcelona that seamlessly blends elements of both history and modernity. The area is particularly popular due to being located slightly away from the city centre, whilst still being well-connected thanks to the excellent public transport options. Notably, many of the city´s top attractions are just a short journey away from the property, with the iconic Sagrada Familia, for instance, a mere 17-minute walk away or easily reachable in just 8 minutes via the metro. Había cosas adicionales a las que normalmente se encuentra, como café, aceite de oliva, té, jabón para platos, entre otros, que fueron una buena sorpresa. Great stay! Easy to find and very responsive when we couldn’t work out how to use the key! Lovely flat with everything we needed for the week. The location is great and a walkable distance from all the attractions, along with lots of local restaurants and shops, and easy access to a supermarket! We had a lovely family holiday and would recommend this apartment to others! Thank you :)

Great apartment with an easy check in using an app. The location of the apartment is great and it is close to Metro and has lots of cute cafés and restaurants close by. We ended up being more in Gracia than in the city center - less crowded and more locals instead of tourists. Highlight was the package that we received having dishwasher tabs, and detergent in it.

Nice place, close to the subway station, many stores around. 15 minutes to churros exactly. Bars and restaurants close. Clean, four beds, one couch, kinda comfy. Beautiful view from balcony. Digital keys very easy to use, but dont forget to download their app and put your time of arrival there as well, otherwise the place will not be ready - you will not get your digital keys at the time of arrival and have to call their line and wait for the employee to pick up for like ten minutes... and it just takes time. But they were really helpful otherwise. Barcelona is beautiful, so ... yeah. Recommend 100%.

El alojamiento tenía todo lo indicado y en perfecto estado. La llegada con la llave electrónica fue perfecta, tuvimos un pequeño problema con una de las llaves y nos lo resolvieron al instante incluso siendo bastante tarde. Tiene una parada de metro a 5min andando por lo que la ubicación es excelente para moverse por Barcelona.
