This apartment has 2 double bedrooms and a double sofa bed. Situated just a small distance from Sagrada Familia, this apartment is in an ideal area that is not too far from the city centre. Among other amenities, you will have WiFi, heating and air conditioning, making this apartment ideal for a trip any time of the year.... 

The living diner provides you with a stylish and bright open space, where you and your guests can socialise after a day of exploring the city. With a TV, large sofa and dining table, you will quickly feel settled here. The contemporary décor of the apartment gives it a welcoming feel and shows the high degree to which the apartment has been finished. This recently refurbished apartment also offers its private balcony, where you and your guests can enjoy mealtimes throughout the day and a drink in the evening, as the sun sets.

The fully-equipped kitchen is another modern space in the apartment; an ideal place to try cooking some Spanish dishes. You will also have a microwave, kettle and toaster.

The two bedrooms continue the colourful and stylish feel that runs through the entire apartment. The first bedroom has a double bed, with the second having two single beds pushed together to make another two-person room. Both bedrooms have plenty of storage space for your belongings. The bathroom is also found here, which has a walk-in shower and provides you with a private and clean space for you and your guests.

Situated just a 5-minute walk from the Sagrada Familia, this wonderful apartment gives you one of the most recognisable monuments in the city on your doorstep. If learning about Spanish culture interests you, then you can walk for 13 minutes to get to the El Monumental former bullring, now a marketplace and venue for concerts. It is a unique way to learn about the city’s history. Alternatively, if you want to have an opportunity to shop and see more works of art by Gaudí, just a 24-minute walk away from the apartment, is the designer high street Passeig de Gràcia, which is Barcelona’s most iconic street.

The apartment was very clean, spacious, equipped with iron and hairdryers, which we used every day, access to the apartment was very easy with the digital key app. We also liked the location of the apartment very much, 10 minutes walk from Park Güell, 5 minutes from the bus stop, there are shops everywhere, including a 24/7 store, which is 6-7 minutes walk away.

District

Eixample is Catalan for 'extension', meaning an extension of the old Barcelona city, and it is one of the most popular districts in the Catalan capital. Eixample was designed by Catalan-born architect, Ildefons Cerdà, who took traffic and sunlight (amongst many other things) into consideration when drawing up the plans of the new area.... 

Eixample is now characterised by its octagonal blocks and its grid-like pattern, with wide streets and both commercial and residential areas. It is split into two parts, Eixample Esquerra (Left, or in Spanish, Izquierdo) and Eixample Dret (Right, or in Spanish, Derecho), and is home to one of the most famous streets in Barcelona, Passeig de Gràcia, known for its high fashion stores and trendy restaurants.

The street is intersected by the long Avinguda Diagonal, which runs through the entire city.

Eixample Derecho is home to many gems of 'Modernisme' architecture, including the unique Casa Milà (La Pedrera), the colourful Casa Batlló and the towering Sagrada Familia, known as Gaudí's unfinished masterpiece. Apartamento muito limpo e organizado, bom para grupos grandes de pessoas. Anfitrião respondia rapidamente sempre que consultado. Única observação é que se for para se locomover por metrô terá uma subida bastante íngreme de aproximadamente 700 metros para quando retornar ao apartamento (se estiver com crianças e idosos pode dificultar) porém tem ônibus bem perto. No geral muito bom e recomendamos.

AB Apartment’s team was responsive and helpful. The place is nice, with comfortable spaces and peaceful. The neighborhood feels very local. Wir waren 7 Personen und das Apartment war für uns wirklich perfekt. Die U-Bahn ist 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, der Bus auch und der Bunkers de Carmel (Berg). Alles in allem war es wirklich sehr schön und die Inhaber waren sehr freundlich. Auch wusste man sofort alles was man tun und machen darf. Kann es nur weiter empfehlen.

A large spacious, apartment. With great storage. and a lovely kitchen with absolutely everything you could need for a self catering holiday. In a good area, right next to Parc Quell. With good access to public transport. And local shops, including a fishmonger, for everything needed for authentic self catering. The balcony was a joy, big enough to sit on, and watch the world go by.
