This charming 1-bedroom apartment is located in Gràcia, and is just steps away from the famous Sagrada Familia. With WiFi connection, air conditioning, and central heating, it is the perfect place to enjoy a few days in the city of Barcelona.... 

In the living room, you will find a sofa, TV, and dining table, making it the perfect area to relax. Additionally, from here you have access to the incredible private terrace, where you can enjoy amazing views of the Sagrada Familia and make the most of the city´s excellent weather.

As for the kitchen of the apartment, it is fully equipped, complete with a microwave, oven, toaster, and coffee maker, among other utensils that you may need during your stay.

The property has 1 bedroom with sufficient storage space for your belongings. Furthermore, there is a bathroom with a shower and WC.

Being located in Gràcia, this apartment offers a really central location and is close to everything you may need. You will find many of the city´s iconic structures nearby the apartment, for instance, you are just a 7-minute walk from the famous La Sagrada Familia and only a 20-minute walk from Casa Milà-La Pedrera. Additionally, thanks to the excellent public transport connections you can explore the rest of Barcelona with complete ease. The beautiful neighbourhood of Gràcia can be found at the top of Passeig de Gràcia,just across the Avinguda Diagonal street. It is one of the most charismatic 'barrios' in Barcelona and a distinctive Catalan neighbourhood which reserves a small town ambience, inherited from its history as a town which was independent from Barcelona until the end of the 19th century.... 

Wandering through the small streets of this cosy area, you will find a plethora of charming restaurants, many of which boast fine international cuisine. Gràcia is also home to a collection of locally-owned designer boutiques, as well as a movie theatre showing films in English with subtitles.

Gràcia is popular among young residents and local students, but has managed to avoid many of the tourist crowds. As a result, its nightlife is lively and trendy, and the area is home to some fantastic bars with terraces.

Just to the north of Gràcia is Gaudí's famous Park Güell, from where you can catch some breathtaking views of the Barcelona skyline, including the nearby Sagrada Familia, the twin towers of Vila Olímpica, and the blue waters of the Mediterranean Sea.

What you see in the pictures is what you get in the end. + - Everything was as described in the advertisement - one bathroom each in the 2 bedrooms - you have everything around the corner (max. 7 minutes walk to supermarkets, metro, restaurants) - Appartment was very clean with a cute welcome & cleaning package - staff respond within a few seconds and is very helpful The price was ok compared with other appartments in Barcelona, which are very high for the size of the appartment you'll get. All in all, we can recommend a stay here.

Very nice apartment, clean and well located in a quiet neighbourhood, near to public transport, mini market and restaurants. The communication with the host was very good, a plus was the fact that we could leave our luggage at the office before checkin and after checkout. The small apartment is in a quiet, residential area, you can heard people walking on the stairs or outside so not completely quiet but decent. It was walkable to all the touristic areas about 20 minutes or you can take the train. It is close to a major street so there are a lot of stores and restaurants about 5-10 minutes walking and there is a bodega that close at 11:00 right across the street on the corner. Garbage containers are outside on the street, that is something we had to ask. We think it was too much money per day for what is offered, however, it was passover so we don’t know if that made it higher. It has just enough to stay but it is tight a big person wont be able to climb the 4 floors (first floor is after 3 flight of stairs, then another 3 flights on every floor) and the shower is tight too. Customer service was really good, very responsive, within the hour unless it was late, however, they have an emergency number for after hours. Keys are at another location.
