Important: our apartments are exclusively intended for temporary rentals, with clearly defined start and end dates. The stay cannot be extended beyond 11 months.

District
The district of Sant Andreu is located in the northeast of Barcelona. Like other neighbourhoods in the city, the area was once separate from Barcelona, until it became annexed to the Catalan capital at the end of the 19th century. This means those staying in the district will undoubtedly come across its small town ambience, especially when wandering around its charming streets and squares like the quaint Plaça del Mercadal.
Today Sant Andreu is mainly a residential area of Barcelona, but with plenty of commercial zones such as Carrer Gran de Sant Andreu, as well as shopping centres such as the Maquinista centre which also provides a variety of leisure activities.
Another distinguishing feature of Sant Andreu is its excellent public transport system, linking the district to the city centre of Barcelona and all its major attractions. Aside from a multitude of metro and bus lines, there are also three Renfe train stations in the district: Sant Andreu Comtal, Sant Andreu Arenal and Sagrera, meaning those who choose an apartament in Sant Andreu will have easy access to the bustling city centre and all its sights.
