Description

This lovely two-bedroom apartment in Barcelona, situated on Las Ramblas, can comfortably accommodate up to four people. Situated in the heart of the city, you can enjoy the endless bars, cafés and restaurants that line the street. The beach is also just a short walk from the apartment.... 

The apartment is both modern and comfortable. Large windows allow for natural light to shine in. The living room has a comfortable sofa with TV, where you can relax after a long day.

A fully equipped kitchen renovated with new appliances caters to your convenience. With a cooker, oven, microwave, juicer, toaster, kettle and coffee maker, as well as pots, pans and cutlery, you will have everything you need to prepare your own home-cooked meals, which you can enjoy, al fresco on the balcony.

The main bedroom has a double bed, while the second bedroom has two-single beds (which can easily be made into a double). Both rooms have ample closet space allowing you to store all your belongings. The apartment has one bathroom with a bathtub/shower.

This bright, spacious apartment, complete with heating and air-conditioning, is a comfortable home at any time of the year.

The Raval is a multicultural neighbourhood in the heart of Barcelona, known for its ethnic diversity, its wide culinary offerings, and its vibrant atmosphere. Its central location allows quick access to the city's main tourist attractions, such as Las Ramblas, the Gran Teatre del Liceu, the Christopher Columbus monument, and the port. Additionally, Raval is an important artistic hub featuring the MACBA (Barcelona Museum of Contemporary Art) and the CCCB (Barcelona Centre of Contemporary Culture), along with other small art galleries.... 

This neighbourhood also stands out for its active nightlife, filled with eclectic bars and venues. However, as with any central and lively area, it's recommended to take certain precautions, especially at night. It?s advisable to stay in well-lit streets and remain aware of your surroundings, following the usual safety recommendations for enjoying any major city. I highly recommended this place. We had a group of 8 people and very spacious for all of us to feel comfortable at. Lots of places that are walkable distance that include nearby restaurants and stores. About a 17 min walk to the Basílica de la Sagrada Família. Also, the night life was enjoyable and near by.

We stayed here as a group of 8 and had a wonderful time in these apartments. The space was comfortable and roomy enough for everyone. There was a minor issue - we were missing one blanket, but it was promptly delivered the next morning after our arrival. However, they did forget to provide one duvet cover. The apartment itself is quite spacious with two bathrooms, though the sound insulation is poor and you can hear other guests, which did disturb our sleep.

The apartment is lovely. It is in a residential building, so there are neighbors who live there, which we loved. It is important to be quiet at night though because they rise early. The apartment had all of the important amenities and is close enough to a parking garage that we could easily walk, which we appreciated. Thank you for a great stay! We wish we could have stayed longer.

The apartment was light and airy. fast response when keys would not work .
