This 1-bedroom apartment is located in the quiet district of Sant Andreu, just north of Barcelona. The property has WiFi connection and air conditioning with both hot and cold modes, making it the ideal place for a monthly stay in Barcelona.... 

In the living room you can find a sofa, TV, and a dining table. Here, you can also access the small balcony, which lets natural light into the room.

The kitchen is fully-equipped, complete with microwave, oven and coffee maker, among other utensils you may need during your stay.

The property has 1 bedroom, and another room that serves as a study where there is a desk and additional storage for your belongings. Furthermore, there is a bathroom with a shower and WC.

There is also a communal pool in the building.

Being located in Sant Andreu offers a perfect location for your stay, as the area is quieter than the city centre, but also offers good transport connections to the rest of the city. Near the apartment you will also find supermarkets and convenience stores.

District

The district of Sant Andreu is located in the northeast of Barcelona. Like other neighbourhoods in the city, the area was once separate from Barcelona, until it became annexed to the Catalan capital at the end of the 19th century. This means those staying in the district will undoubtedly come across its small town ambience, especially when wandering around its charming streets and squares like the quaint Plaça del Mercadal.... 

Today Sant Andreu is mainly a residential area of Barcelona, but with plenty of commercial zones such as Carrer Gran de Sant Andreu, as well as shopping centres such as the Maquinista centre which also provides a variety of leisure activities.

Another distinguishing feature of Sant Andreu is its excellent public transport system, linking the district to the city centre of Barcelona and all its major attractions. Aside from a multitude of metro and bus lines, there are also three Renfe train stations in the district: Sant Andreu Comtal, Sant Andreu Arenal and Sagrera, meaning those who choose an apartament in Sant Andreu will have easy access to the bustling city centre and all its sights.  Read more
