This 3-bedroom apartment has WiFi available and air conditioning in hot/cold mode, to make your stay in Barcelona even more relaxed. In addition, the apartment was completely renovated at the end of 2022.

The living room is well furnished: the perfect place to relax after a long day exploring the city. There is a balcony.

The kitchen is well equipped with many utensils and appliances available.

There are 3 bedrooms, each complete with storage so you can make yourself at home. In addition, there are 2 bathrooms complete with shower and toilet.

Located on Carrer del Pi, the apartment is situated in an area full of history and charm. Just a stone´s throw away, you´ll find Carrer Portaferrissa, a street that dates back to Roman times, when it was part of Barcino, the ancient Roman city that became Barcelona. The street has seen centuries of history and played a key role in medieval trade routes. Today, is a lively blend of historical significance and modern shopping, with boutiques, craft shops, art galleries, and cafes, giving it a unique and vibrant atmosphere. In addition, you´re just minutes from the famous La Boqueria Market, Gran Teatro del Liceo, and great public transport links, making it easy to reach the rest of the city.

Мы останавливались здесь семьей с маленькими детьми на 5 дней. Расположение идеальное, саграда Фамилия всего в паре минут ходьбы, вокруг очень много кафе и магазинов, прекрасная кондитерская прямо возле дома с вкуснейшей выпечкой. Сама квартира соответствует описанию, функциональная кухня, 2 санузла, спальни очень маленькие и чемоданы пришлось открывать в зале. Очень понравился доступ в квартиру через приложение, не нужно носить с собой ключи, но стоит обезопасить себя от случая, что батарея смартфона сядет. В квартире было тихо, не смотря на центральное расположение. Очень светло. Однозначно вернемся сюда снова!

Las Ramblas is one of the most famous streets in Barcelona. It separates two of the city's neighbourhoods, The Gothic Quarter and El Raval, while connecting Port Vell to Plaça de Catalunya. Although it is often referred to as one main avenue, Las Ramblas is actually made up of five different streets and has many popular attractions, including the Liceu Theatre, the Boqueria Market and the Wax Museum.... 

On Las Ramblas you will find an array of souvenir shops, stalls offering homemade gifts, restaurants, cafés and much more. The street is also well-known for its living statues and performers, which provide some unique entertainment as you stroll down the boulevard. With a constantly bustling atmosphere, the liveliness of the street that can be seen throughout the day goes on into the night as the number of bars and clubs around the area make it popular for those looking to experience Barcelona's fantastic nightlife.

A walk down one of the many side streets off Las Ramblas provides a quieter scene where you will find many restaurants offering typical Spanish cuisine, such as paella and sangria.

Apartment: geräumig, hell und freundlich eingerichtet und für 4 Personen gut ausgestattet. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, Sagrada Familia und Metro 5 Minuten entfernt. Zweite Etage kein Problem, da Aufzug vorhanden. Etwas hellhörig. Eine Garderobe wäre wünschenswert. Barcelona: turbulent, Zutritt zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten gut organisiert. Tipp: rechtzeitig online buchen. Vielfach free WIFI und oft per barcode sowie Internet gute Informationen. Metro: mit T-10 preiswert fahren. Taschendiebe sind unterwegs, aber man wird immer wieder darauf hingewiesen.

This is not a negative remark - it is only suggestions for minor improvement - we have not found a cutting board in the kitchen , in the smaller bedroom a reading lamp would be recommended. // The apartment is quite acoustic but the neighbours are quiet (so were we) - in my opinion it would be good to remind verbally on check in all of your guests to behave with respect to others. // The only real (small) complaint is that the Wifi is not very fast
