This 3-bedroom apartment for rent is located in the Poblenou neighbourhood, and is just a short walk from the main street Avenida Diagonal. Located in a building with an elevator, it offers WiFi connection and air conditioning, making it the perfect place for long stays in Barcelona.... 

The living room has a sofa and a TV, where you can relax, and from here, you have access to the balcony.

As for the kitchen of the apartment, it is fully equipped, complete with a microwave, oven, toaster and coffee maker, among other utensils that you may need during your stay.

The property has 3 furnished bedrooms, each with sufficient storage space for all of your belongings. Additionally, there are 2 bathrooms: one full bathroom with a shower and WC, and the other equipped with a bathtub and WC.

The apartment is located in the pedestrian zone of Poblenou, offering a lovely and quiet environment. Poblenou is Catalan for 'New Village', and is situated with the Mediterranean Sea on one side and the beautiful Parc de la Ciutadella on the other. Historically, the area was one of the main industrial zones of the city, however today, Poblenou is surrounded by many new developments, including the neighbourhoods of Vila Olímpica, where the athletes competing in the 1992 Olympics resided, and Diagonal Mar. The increase in new facilities alongside the town's proximity to the Barcelona beaches and excellent public transportation services, has brought many artists and young professionals to the Poblenou.... 

Rambla de Poblenou is the main avenue in the neighbourhood and it is said to be a more authentic alternative to the Ramblas you will find in the city centre. It has a great ambience and is home to many fantastic bars, cafés and restaurants.

The great esplanade of El Fòrum is located right near Poblenou, though technically in the Diagonal Mar area. This area is the site of many concerts, congresses and festivals in Barcelona, creating a lively, cultural atmosphere. Per spostarci abbiamo utilizzato sempre la metro Linea 4 (gialla) fermata El Maresme-Fòrum molto comoda e vicina per raggiungere il centro di Barcellona. Inoltre di fronte casa ci sta anche il tram T4 e attraversando la strada ci sta il mare. Una validissima alternativa al centro. Consigliatissimo
