This naturally lit apartment is located within walking distance to Barcelona´s fantastic beaches and is great place to call home during your stay in the city. Located in the Poble Nou area there are many cafés and places to eat in the area and the exciting beach front restaurants and bars are just a short distance away.

The apartment has one good sized bedroom and can accommodate up to three people. There is a fully equipped kitchen allowing you to cook your own meals and a comfortable living area. The apartment come with all mod cons such as Internet ensuring that home from home experience. There is also a lovely balcony allowing you to make the most of the wonderful Mediterranean weather.

Poblenou is Catalan for 'New Village', and is situated with the Mediterranean Sea on one side and the beautiful Parc de la Ciutadella on the other. Historically, the area was one of the main industrial zones of the city, however today, Poblenou is surrounded by many new developments, including the neighbourhoods of Vila Olímpica, where the athletes competing in the 1992 Olympics resided, and Diagonal Mar. The increase in new facilities alongside the town's proximity to the Barcelona beaches and excellent public transportation services, has brought many artists and young professionals to the Poblenou.... 

Rambla de Poblenou is the main avenue in the neighbourhood and it is said to be a more authentic alternative to the Ramblas you will find in the city centre. It has a great ambience and is home to many fantastic bars, cafés and restaurants.

The great esplanade of El Fòrum is located right near Poblenou, though technically in the Diagonal Mar area. This area is the site of many concerts, congresses and festivals in Barcelona, creating a lively, cultural atmosphere. We had an excellent time in this apartment. It's extremely well located, walkable to lots of fun places. The apartment layout is great - the kitchen/living room side faces a lively street and the bedrooms are on the quieter side, so we got to be right in the middle of all the fun without any noise issues. The Host was very responsive and proactive in helping us get prepared for arrival and check-in. The apartment was very nicely equipped. Overall, a great experience.

Location is great in the center of Barcelona night life ! Close to trains and buses and Lots of restaurants! House is beautiful and clean. Tv works well too! Do not plan on doing laundry on this place Bcz their machines don't work and they are too small. I travel with a big family 8 people and the only thing that needs improvement is the washer and dryer. Would thoroughly recommend these apartments for large groups. We had a hen weekend of 22 woman and 2 apartments and these were ideal. Location was perfect, very clean and staff were very helpful. Hope to be back soon :)
