This naturally lit apartment is located within walking distance to Barcelona´s fantastic beaches and is great place to call home during your stay in the city. Located in the Poble Nou area there are many cafés and places to eat in the area and the exciting beach front restaurants and bars are just a short distance away.

The apartment has one good sized bedroom and can accommodate up to three people. There is a fully equipped kitchen allowing you to cook your own meals and a comfortable living area. The apartment come with all mod cons such as Internet ensuring that home from home experience. There is also a lovely balcony allowing you to make the most of the wonderful Mediterranean weather.

Poblenou is Catalan for 'New Village', and is situated with the Mediterranean Sea on one side and the beautiful Parc de la Ciutadella on the other. Historically, the area was one of the main industrial zones of the city, however today, Poblenou is surrounded by many new developments, including the neighbourhoods of Vila Olímpica, where the athletes competing in the 1992 Olympics resided, and Diagonal Mar. The increase in new facilities alongside the town's proximity to the Barcelona beaches and excellent public transportation services, has brought many artists and young professionals to the Poblenou.... 

Rambla de Poblenou is the main avenue in the neighbourhood and it is said to be a more authentic alternative to the Ramblas you will find in the city centre. It has a great ambience and is home to many fantastic bars, cafés and restaurants.

The great esplanade of El Fòrum is located right near Poblenou, though technically in the Diagonal Mar area. This area is the site of many concerts, congresses and festivals in Barcelona, creating a lively, cultural atmosphere. The surrounding area where the apartment is situated is really nice with many restaurants, bars, bakeries and dessert places. The beach also 5 mins walk away. Charmin location in a good quarter, nice if you want the combination of city life with the near beach/sea. Good restaurants and individual shops in the surroundings. ambience everywhere. Only a few minutes walk to the beach with possibility for swimming. The apartmanetbhas a good division of space, lovely with the balcony, we used many times. Location on Rambala Poblenou was great. Good access to beach and restaurants. Staff was very helpful. Our first night we had a minor problem with the air conditioner, Apartment Barcelona got us a fan and had Air conditioner working the next day. Good value for the money.
