Set in a historic building dating back to 1900, designed by the renowned architect Domènec i Montaner, this apartment boasts stunning details, including its beautiful façade, decorative ceilings, and elegant columns. The location is unbeatable, with Plaza Real nearby and Teatre del Liceu just a 4-minute metro ride away. You can also easily reach La Pedrera and Casa Batlló within 15 minutes by metro, or enjoy a leisurely 16-minute walk to Plaza Catalunya. Las Ramblas is one of the most famous streets in Barcelona. It separates two of the city's neighbourhoods, The Gothic Quarter and El Raval, while connecting Port Vell to Plaça de Catalunya. Although it is often referred to as one main avenue, Las Ramblas is actually made up of five different streets and has many popular attractions, including the Liceu Theatre, the Boqueria Market and the Wax Museum.... 

On Las Ramblas you will find an array of souvenir shops, stalls offering homemade gifts, restaurants, cafés and much more. The street is also well-known for its living statues and performers, which provide some unique entertainment as you stroll down the boulevard. With a constantly bustling atmosphere, the liveliness of the street that can be seen throughout the day goes on into the night as the number of bars and clubs around the area make it popular for those looking to experience Barcelona's fantastic nightlife.

A walk down one of the many side streets off Las Ramblas provides a quieter scene where you will find many restaurants offering typical Spanish cuisine, such as paella and sangria.

Very easy to find and access the apartment, using smartphone as a digital key worked seamlessly. Apartment was clean and reasonably spacious for a group of 5, but note that there is only 1 bathroom. Washing machine, kitchen, and small outdoor deck all nice touches. Great area for tourists, 5 min walk from Sagrada Familia and the metro stop, which we used all the time. Host was very responsive and gave us great recommendations.

Po drugiej stronie ulicy dość dobrze wyposażony mały market, otwarty również w niedzielę, co daje pewien komfort z ewentualnymi pilnymi zakupami. Easy online checkin, thumbs up for the cleaner for the excellent job, he/she prepared a clean and tidy house for us, exceeding our expectations! Location is good, close to supermarket and well connected to metro(sagrada familia) and bus station. Only thing is that every comunication with the host is done actually with a bot, and it keeps on checking if we are ok, asking us for yes or no answers. It's convenient, I guess you can get correct answers, but I personally don't enjoy conversations with AI airbnb hosts, even when they are well developed and did provided us with useful information.

Мы арендовали квартиру в январе, квартира тёплая, уютная, чистая, в кухне есть все необходимое, нас было 6: 4 взрослых, 2 ребёнка, места было достаточно для большой компании. Пользовались электронным ключом в первый раз, это было очень удобно, главное следить, чтобы телефон был всегда заряжен, у нас с этим не было проблем, благодаря предыдущим отзывам. Хозяева предлагают и другие виды ключей. Квартира расположена в самом центре Барселоны, в паре кварталов от Саграда Фамилия. Очень красивый район, много кафешек и магазинов вблизи. 2 шикарных ресторана, которые нам очень понравились, в нескольких кварталах от жилья: это Японский ресторан Teppan-Ya, и ресторан La selva. Шикарная кухня и интерьер, средний чек примерно 50 евро на двоих. Первые несколько дней арендовали машину. С 20-00 до 9-00, т. е. ночью парковка бесплатная (если посчастливится найти место), в остальное время час парковки стоит примерно 3 евро. Огромная благодарность хозяевам за комфортное пребывание! Рекомендую! ❤️‍🔥

Tra le tante proposte offerte da air b&b abbiamo subito scelto AB Apartment e non abbiamo sbagliato. A due passi dalla sagrada familia è atato il fulcro della nostra esperienza a Barcellona. Lo staff è sempre presente, disponibile e ti segue passo dopo passo dalla comunicazione al check-in/check-out. Se tornassi a Bacellona dicuramente sceglierei di nuovo loro
