This charming one-bedroom apartment in Las Ramblas was completely renovated in January 2025. It offers all the comforts, including Wi-Fi and air conditioning, ensuring a comfortable stay in the heart of Barcelona.... 

The living room is bathed in natural light, thanks to its large windows that open onto a private balcony. The space features beautiful wooden beam ceilings, adding charm and character with distinctive architectural details. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need for your stay, including a washer for added convenience.

The bedroom is designed for comfort, with ample storage space. The apartment also features a complete bathroom, with a shower and WC.

Located in a historic building from 1900, designed by the renowned architect Domènec i Montaner, this apartment highlights exquisite stained glass details, ornate ceilings, and a façade that reflects Barcelona´s iconic architectural style. The location is ideal, situated next to Plaza Realo and La Boqueria Market just a 9-minute metro ride away. Gaudí’s masterpieces, La Pedrera and Casa Batlló are both within a 15-minute metro journey. If you prefer walking, Plaza Catalunya is just 16 minutes away, making it the perfect base for exploring the city´s vibrant culture and history.

Las Ramblas is one of the most famous streets in Barcelona. It separates two of the city's neighbourhoods, The Gothic Quarter and El Raval, while connecting Port Vell to Plaça de Catalunya. Although it is often referred to as one main avenue, Las Ramblas is actually made up of five different streets and has many popular attractions, including the Liceu Theatre, the Boqueria Market and the Wax Museum.... 

On Las Ramblas you will find an array of souvenir shops, stalls offering homemade gifts, restaurants, cafés and much more. The street is also well-known for its living statues and performers, which provide some unique entertainment as you stroll down the boulevard. With a constantly bustling atmosphere, the liveliness of the street that can be seen throughout the day goes on into the night as the number of bars and clubs around the area make it popular for those looking to experience Barcelona's fantastic nightlife.

A walk down one of the many side streets off Las Ramblas provides a quieter scene where you will find many restaurants offering typical Spanish cuisine, such as paella and sangria.

AB Apartment was a great place to stay in Barcelona. The apartment was very clean and located in a fantastic area, with easy access to the subway and plenty of good restaurants nearby. The host was excellent, very professional, clear in their communication, and provided detailed instructions, which made everything smooth. Finding the apartment was simple, and the online key system was very convenient. We also appreciated having two bathrooms, which made our stay more comfortable, and the apartment was well-equipped with everything we needed. Would be better to have bigger cups for tea in the apartments, as existing ones are to small. Remote is not compatible with TV. Would be nice to have physical access cards already ready inside the apartment instead of having it in the office. The result was perfect.

The Apartment was located in a good local spot. You can walk pretty much to the city in about 20 minutes and there were a lot cafés, supermarkets and spots to eat. The Train Station was only 1 minute away. Because it was a pretty popular place, it was very noisy at night. All in all we had a great time in the Apartment. If your looking for something where you can walk everywhere in just 3 km, its definitely a good choice.

The apartment is in an excellent location. The Sagrada Familia is a 5-minute walk away. Metro in front of the entrance. The center is a 15-20 minute walk or a couple of stops by bus. The apartment is spacious and clean, minimalist but very well arranged. Only maybe wardrobes could be added, but without additional ones - everything is ok. Three bedrooms, with a bed in the living room are enough to accommodate a large family or group of friends. The apartment is for every recommendation. The kitchen is fully equipped and meets all needs. and a special convenience are the two bathrooms.
