This two-bedroom apartment is located in the heart of the Sants neighbourhood, next to the stunning Magic Fountain of Montjuïc. For preparing meals, the apartment offers a spacious and bright kitchen and dining area, fully equipped for all your culinary needs. In addition to all the necessary kitchen utensils, you will find a microwave, toaster and coffee machine, allowing you to start your day with a great breakfast.
The bedrooms are furnished with one double bed and two single beds, and bed linen and towels are provided for your convenience. All rooms benefit from plenty of natural light and offer a spacious feel. In addition, there is a full bathroom with a shower.
The apartment enjoys an excellent location, just a 7 minute walk from the Magic Fountain of Montjuïc and only an 8 minute walk from Plaça d’Espanya, perfect for shopping and sightseeing. It is also just a 20 minute walk from Parc de Montjuïc, home to beautiful gardens, museums and cultural venues. The Sants neighbourhood is less crowded with tourists, making it the ideal place to relax and enjoy Barcelona without the hustle and bustle of the city´s busiest areas.

APPLIANCES: the apartment includes the basic appliances listed in the advertisement. Additional items left by previous guests may also be found. If you choose to use them, please handle them with care, as any damage or loss may result in charges deducted from the security deposit.

If you wish to rent an apartment for a temporary period between 1 and 11 months, you can make your pre-reservation through our website. To do so, you must pay the indicated amount when selecting the dates of your stay.
To confirm your reservation, it will be necessary to send us the required documentation, which will not only justify your ability to pay but also the reason for your temporary stay in Barcelona.
Important: our apartments are exclusively intended for temporary rentals, with clearly defined start and end dates. The stay cannot be extended beyond 11 months.

The neighbourhood of Sants is one of the most emblematic in Barcelona. It was once a small, independent town until the expansion of Barcelona, when it was annexed in 1897. Today, Sants is a residential area with plenty of parks, shops, and restaurants. The main street, Carrer de Sants, is one of Barcelona's biggest commercial avenues, where you can find many shops, markets, and great places for a bite to eat.
Choosing to rent an apartment in Sants allows you to immerse yourself among the locals of Barcelona, as tourists do not tend to frequent this area often in comparison with the towns of the inner city. However, Sants is still close to many of the major Barcelona attractions, particularly Plaça d'Espanya and Montjuïc, and you can reach Barcelona's city centre within minutes by metro.
Also in the Sants neighbourhood, you will find the Barcelona-Sants Estació train station. From here you can connect easily to all of Barcelona, the El-Prat airport and plenty of the suburbs of the city like Sitges and Tarragona.
