This two-bedroom apartment is found in the Sants neighbourhood, with space for up to 4 people. With WiFi, air conditioning & a communal terrace it offers all you need for a wonderful break in Barcelona.
The open living-diner has lots of natural light from the window. There is a sofa, armchair and Smart TV with Netflix to relax and watch your favorite shows. Next to this space, you will find the dining table with chairs, for you and your guests to use at meal times.
As for cooking in the apartment, you have the modern,fully-equipped kitchen to use for all meal times. Here you can find an oven, microwave, kettle, and coffee machine, as well as a toaster, blender, juicer and pots and pans to cook with your guests. There is also a dishwasher in the apartment.
The first bedroom has a double bed, and the second has two single beds. Both bedrooms have storage space for guests´ items. In addition to this, there is a bathroom complete with shower.
Being located in Sants offers a great location for your getaway to Barcelona. For sports fans, FC Barcelona´s Camp Nou is 20 minutes walk away from the apartment. For a step into nature, the Parc de l´Espanya Industrial is only 6 minutes walk. For shopping, the Arenas Shopping Centre is a 12 minute metro away, and there is a supermarket just 2 minutes walk. From here you are well connected to the rest of Barcelona, with the Sants Train Station an 8 minute walk away.

To confirm your reservation, it will be necessary to send us the required documentation, which will not only justify your ability to pay but also the reason for your temporary stay in Barcelona.
Important: our apartments are exclusively intended for temporary rentals, with clearly defined start and end dates. The stay cannot be extended beyond 11 months.

The neighbourhood of Sants is one of the most emblematic in Barcelona. It was once a small, independent town until the expansion of Barcelona, when it was annexed in 1897. Today, Sants is a residential area with plenty of parks, shops, and restaurants. The main street, Carrer de Sants, is one of Barcelona's biggest commercial avenues, where you can find many shops, markets, and great places for a bite to eat.
Choosing to rent an apartment in Sants allows you to immerse yourself among the locals of Barcelona, as tourists do not tend to frequent this area often in comparison with the towns of the inner city. However, Sants is still close to many of the major Barcelona attractions, particularly Plaça d'Espanya and Montjuïc, and you can reach Barcelona's city centre within minutes by metro.
Also in the Sants neighbourhood, you will find the Barcelona-Sants Estació train station. From here you can connect easily to all of Barcelona, the El-Prat airport and plenty of the suburbs of the city like Sitges and Tarragona.
