This lovely three-bedroom apartment in Barceloneta, is just 7 minute´s walk from the beach. It has space for up to 4 people, and with a balcony, WiFi and air conditioning, is the perfect apartment for your next stay in Barcelona.
In the open-living diner, there is a comfortable sofa and television. The room has modern furnishings, with beautiful wood features and flooring. Next to the lounge area, you will find a petite dining table & chairs to use for meal times.
As for cooking in the apartment, there is the fully-equipped kitchen for you to cook your meals. Here you will find everything you need to feel at home, such as an oven, microwave, fridge-freezer & hob. Additionally, there is a kettle and cafetière.
The bedrooms are all modern and bright, with a window in each allowing for lots of natural light. The master bedroom has a double bed with a large wardrobe and lots of storage space. There are two other single bedrooms, again both with wardrobes & drawers. There is one bathroom complete with shower in the apartment.
Being located in Barceloneta is a great spot in Barcelona, perfect for beach lovers, while still being so close to the centre. You are just 7-minute´s walk from the beach here. For a day of shopping and stopping off at restaurants, head to the Maremagnum Shopping Centre, which is just
13-minute´s walk away. For food shopping, the apartment is just 3-minute´s walk from both the Barceloneta Market and a Lidl Supermarket. For access to the rest of the city, the Barceloneta Metro is only 5-minute´s walk away.

Important: our apartments are exclusively intended for temporary rentals, with clearly defined start and end dates. The stay cannot be extended beyond 11 months.

Barceloneta is a lovely neighbourhood in the Ciutat Vella district of Barcelona, located where the island of Maians was once situated. It is known for its expanse of beaches, as well as its numerous bars and seafood restaurants. You will find the town close to the Barcelona Port, near to some great museums and within a short walking distance or a quick metro ride from all of the top spots for sightseeing in the city.
La Barceloneta was originally constructed for the residents of La Ribera, who were displaced by the construction of the Ciutadella fortress (now the Ciutadella Park) built by King Felipe V in the 18th century. Since then, with the development of Port Vell and Port Olímpic, the area has become a major attraction for tourists and residents alike. The Barcelona aquarium and the IMAX theatre are situated close by, as well as the large Maremagnum shopping centre and a number of nightclubs. What's more, when walking down Passeig de Colom from Barceloneta, you will soon find yourself at Las Ramblas.
