The open living-diner has lots of natural light from the balcony. You have the sofa & television to use and relax upon. Next to this space, you will find the dining table, for you and your guests to use at meal times.
As for cooking in the apartment, you have the fully-equipped kitchen at your disposal for all meal times. Here you can find a microwave, oven and hob, as well aspots and pans to cook dinner with your guests.
The first bedroom has a double bed, and feels spacious and bright with access to a balcony and comes equipped with lots of storage space. The second bedroom has a single bed, with has a trundle bed underneath for another guest to stay, and is in the same modern design seen throughout the apartment. In addition to this, there is the bathroom complete with shower.
Being located in Barceloneta offers the perfect beach location for your stay in Barcelona. The beach is just 7-minute´s walk front he apartment. For some drinks and tapas, the Plaça de la Barceloneta is just below the apartment, and the larger Plaça del Poeta Boscà is just 2-minute´s walk away. For a spot of shopping, the Maremagnum Shopping Centre is only 13-minute´s walk away. For access to the rest of the city, the apartment is well-situated, being just 5-minute´s walk from the metro station.

Important: our apartments are exclusively intended for temporary rentals, with clearly defined start and end dates. The stay cannot be extended beyond 11 months.

Barceloneta is a lovely neighbourhood in the Ciutat Vella district of Barcelona, located where the island of Maians was once situated. It is known for its expanse of beaches, as well as its numerous bars and seafood restaurants. You will find the town close to the Barcelona Port, near to some great museums and within a short walking distance or a quick metro ride from all of the top spots for sightseeing in the city.
La Barceloneta was originally constructed for the residents of La Ribera, who were displaced by the construction of the Ciutadella fortress (now the Ciutadella Park) built by King Felipe V in the 18th century. Since then, with the development of Port Vell and Port Olímpic, the area has become a major attraction for tourists and residents alike. The Barcelona aquarium and the IMAX theatre are situated close by, as well as the large Maremagnum shopping centre and a number of nightclubs. What's more, when walking down Passeig de Colom from Barceloneta, you will soon find yourself at Las Ramblas.
