This nice 2 bedroom apartment is located in the trendy El Born neighbourhood, just 10 minutes away from the Ciutadella Park. With WiFi connection available and air conditioning, it is the perfect place to spend a few months in Barcelona.
The living room is well designed and homely, complete with a television and comfortable sofa. The apartment boasts a fully-equipped kitchen; the perfect place to entertain or relax. There are 2 bedrooms. One of the beds is a 180x200 king size bed and the other is a 150x200 queen size bed. Both of the bedrooms are complete with storage so that you can make yourself at home. In addition, there is one bathroom in the apartment.
Additionally, the apartment has an alarm for added security.
The apartment is located in El Born, one of the most popular neighbourhoods of the city and close to the Mediterranean Sea. From here, you are just a short walk from the beautiful Barceloneta beach. To go shopping and eat something, the neighbourhood is full of bars and restaurants. A few steps away is the Plaza de les Olles, where there are many bars and restaurants serving local food. There are also supermarkets, shops and the amazing Parc de la Ciutadella to explore; it is the biggest park in the whole city!

Important: our apartments are exclusively intended for temporary rentals, with clearly defined start and end dates. The stay cannot be extended beyond 11 months.

The beautiful Born neighbourhood in Barcelona is characterised by its unique mix of historic sights, contemporary art and trendy styles, and is a must-visit on any trip to Barcelona. Situated just outside of the original city limits of El Barrio Gótico (or El Barrí Gòtic in Catalan), this town in the heart of Barcelona is home to some of the best attractions in the city.
The 'barrio' takes its name from the Catalan word 'Born' which means, among other things, a place where tournaments take place. The area is so called as this neighbourhood was once the site of medieval jousting competitions, and the Passeig del Born is where these events were once a regular fixture. Today, this street is known as the main avenue in the neighbourhood and is packed full of cool restaurants and bars.
The Born is well known for its picturesque alleys and intimate passageways dotted with hidden restaurants and one-of-a kind boutiques. The area is also home to plenty of amazing architectural gems such as the Santa María del Mar church, originally built as a beacon for sailors and fishermen in the medieval times.
A visit to the famous Picasso Museum is a must when strolling around El Born, where you will find a collection of over 4000 works housed in 5 spectacular palaces, built in the 12th and 13th centuries.
