Please note that the apartment has been used by multiple guests and may show normal signs of wear and tear.
EQUIPMENT: in mid-term rentals for holiday purposes, bed linen, pillows, cushions, and towels are included. In standard mid-term rentals, these items are not included, although you can book a bed linen and towels service before arrival.
APPLIANCES: the apartment includes the basic appliances listed in the advertisement. Additional items left by previous guests may also be found. If you choose to use them, please handle them with care, as any damage or loss may result in charges deducted from the security deposit.
This apartment is fully managed by AB. This means that our professional team takes care of cleaning the accommodation after every check-out and handling the apartment’s maintenance. In addition, you will have access to local support available 365 days a year, assisting you before, during and after your stay to ensure a comfortable and worry-free experience.

If you wish to rent an apartment for a temporary period between 1 and 11 months, you can make your pre-reservation through our website. To do so, you must pay the indicated amount when selecting the dates of your stay.
To confirm your reservation, it will be necessary to send us the required documentation, which will not only justify your ability to pay but also the reason for your temporary stay in Barcelona.
Important: our apartments are exclusively intended for temporary rentals, with clearly defined start and end dates. The stay cannot be extended beyond 11 months.

The beautiful Ciutadella Park is the largest green space in Barcelona, covering more than 17 hectares. It is located in a central neighbourhood, home to many winding streets, perfect for getting lost and discovering the hidden attractions of Barcelona.
The Parc de la Ciutadella takes its name from an old fortress, or citadel, shaped like a star, which was constructed under the reign of King Philip V in the 18th century. 150 years later, the citadel was demolished and since then the space has become a 'green lung' in the middle of the bustling city.
Nowadays, the park has many charming attractions such as the Barcelona Zoo, the Parliament Building of Catalonia, a grand fountain and a lake, among others. The colossalArc de Triomf, built as the gateway for the Universal Exhibition, is located at the end of the park, following an extension of palm trees and a large walkway for pedestrians.
Around the park, you will find a number of restaurants, shops, boutiques, and museums. The area is home to many Barcelona apartments sandwiched between El Born and Vila Olímpica, giving you easy access to some of the best sightseeing, shopping, and dining areas in Barcelona. You can also reach the beaches of Barcelona from here, either on foot or by metro.
