Description

This is a fantastic, modern apartment, located right next to Gaudí´s famous Park Güell, one of Barcelona´s biggest attractions. The area is known to be quieter than the very city centre, while remaining close to the main sights by via public transport. Surrounding the apartment you´ll find bars, cafés and restaurants, as well as supermarkets for your convenience.... 

This stylish apartment has single beds distributed throughout its three bedrooms. There is also a sofa bed, allowing the apartment to accommodate up to 7 people in total comfortably.

There are plenty of utensils and appliances in the fully equipped kitchen, so you´ll have everything you need to make your favorite recipes, or even to try out some Mediterranean-inspired dishes. The cozy living area has direct access to the balcony where you can enjoy your meals ´al fresco´.

There are two bathrooms in the apartment, allowing for maximum privacy.

There are many modern conveniences in this apartment too, such as a TV and an internet connection, making it easy to stay in touch with family and friends back home. There is also a second TV in the ensuite bedroom.

The apartment includes a parking space (vehicle information will be required to manage access). Please note that the entrance to the garage is quite narrow, so only vehicles with the following size are allowed: 4.50 m x 2.15 m x 2.00 m.

Important: The apartment is located approximately 35-45 minutes by public transport from the centre of Barcelona (Plaça Catalunya), offering a more secluded environment with good connectivity.

Horta/Guinardó is located in the northeast of Barcelona and is one of the largest districts in the city. The area is significantly more tranquil than the bustling towns of the city centre, although it is easy to reach all of the sights in Barcelona by bus or metro from this corner of the Catalan capital.... 

The area is known for its steep hills, as part of Horta-Guinardó lies on the Collserola Mountain range. You will also find the lovely Parc del Laberint d'Horta in this district, which is Barcelona's oldest garden, featuring a labyrinth made up of 750 cypress trees.

Muy buena opción para familias. Con diversas opciones de transporte público cercanas, próximo a zona comercial, y en un barrio bonito y tranquilo. Si bien hubo algún problema con la iluminación hemos tenido muy buena comunicación con el administrador durante las fechas festivas de fin de año y pudieron resolver el incidente. Muy agradadecido!! La pasamos muy bien, los recomiendo.

The location of the apartment was ideal - only a couple of minutes walk to the nearest supermarket and not much further to the Metro station. It took us a few minutes to access the main apartment building door the first time we used the mobile key, but once we got the hang of it, it made life easier than emptying pockets to find a physical key.

Wonderful apartment in the perfect area for a stay in Barcelona. The apartment is clean and spacious for even 5 people. The 15 min walk to Park Güell was the Highlight for us. The communication worked well and was easy and I’d always recommend to visit this place :)
