Description

This is three bedroom apartment, right next to the famous Park Güell, one of the most well-known attractions in Barcelona. The area in which you’ll find this apartment is much quieter than the very heart of the city centre, while still close enough to reach all the sights quickly and easily. In this neighbourhood you´ll also find plenty of places to dine out, as well as shops, cafés and supermarkets. The district is well connected to the rest of the city via public transport.... 

This apartment has 3 bedrooms, all with single beds. There is also a sofa bed, which allows it to accommodate up to 7 people comfortably.

The apartment comes fully furnished, with a fully equipped kitchen where you’ll find all of the utensils and appliances needed for creating your favorite meals, or even to try your hand at some Mediterranean-inspired cooking. The living area has direct access to the balcony where you can take advantage of the outside space and eat ´al fresco´.

There are two bathrooms in the apartment, ensuring maximum comfort and privacy.

There are many modern conveniences in this apartment too, such as a TV and an internet connection, making it easy to stay in touch with family and friends back home. There is also a second TV in the ensuite bedroom.

Important: The apartment is located approximately 35-45 minutes by public transport from the centre of Barcelona (Plaça Catalunya), offering a more secluded environment with good connectivity.

Horta/Guinardó is located in the northeast of Barcelona and is one of the largest districts in the city. The area is significantly more tranquil than the bustling towns of the city centre, although it is easy to reach all of the sights in Barcelona by bus or metro from this corner of the Catalan capital.... 

The area is known for its steep hills, as part of Horta-Guinardó lies on the Collserola Mountain range. You will also find the lovely Parc del Laberint d'Horta in this district, which is Barcelona's oldest garden, featuring a labyrinth made up of 750 cypress trees.

Хигиената им е на високо ниво , отлично почистено преди да пристигнем - навсякъде и баните и ваната , бяха се погрижили за всичко отлично . Достъпа ни хареса как е направен с телефони - много удобно и лесно. Локацията на апартамента се намира лесно . Домакините дават много ясни и точни подробности с което ни улесниха много. Wir hatten einen Kurztrip zum Fc Barcelona schauen gemacht und hatten mit dem Airbnb viel Freude. Die Lage ist in einer ruhigen Gegend leicht außerhalb mit Metro und Taxi ca. 20min von der Innenstadt entfernt. Dafür hat man die Bunker direkt vor der Tür in dem man von dem Berg komplett Barcelona beim Sonnenuntergang beobachten kann, einfach magisch. Das Airbnb war auch sauber und hat der Beschreibung entsprochen.

Good communication. Very convenient with the smart door lock for a self checkin. Apartment was nice and as on the pictures. Around 7 minutes walk to the metro station and around 15 minutes walk through Park Guell. We had a good stay.
