Located in the El Carmel neighborhood, this comfortable two-bedroom apartment is a ten-minute walk from Gaudi´s famous Park Güell. It offers a pleasant stay for those looking to explore Barcelona while staying in a quieter area of the city.... 

The apartment features an open-plan living and dining area with a sofa and TV, leading to a private terrace. This outdoor space is suitable for enjoying casual meals or relaxing at the end of the day.

The compact kitchen is well-equipped with essentials for meal preparation, including a microwave, coffee maker and toaster, among other essentials.

This apartment has two bedrooms and includes one bathroom.

Nestled in the local Horta-Guinardó neighborhood, the location strikes a perfect balance between tranquility and accessibility. Guests can explore nearby attractions like the panoramic views at Bunkers del Carmel, making it an ideal base for those looking to immerse themselves in the city´s culture and history.

The apartment includes a parking space (vehicle information will be required to manage access). Please note that the entrance to the parking garage is quite tight, so only vehicles under the following size are permitted: 4.50 m x 2.10 m x 2.00 m.

The area is significantly more tranquil than the bustling towns of the city centre, although it is easy to reach all of the sights in Barcelona by bus or metro from this corner of the Catalan capital.... 

The area is known for its steep hills, as part of Horta-Guinardó lies on the Collserola Mountain range. You will also find the lovely Parc del Laberint d'Horta in this district, which is Barcelona's oldest garden, featuring a labyrinth made up of 750 cypress trees.

Super helpful hosts, responded immediately to access card issues we had with the online mobile keycards (as opposed to physical ones) and really helpful on final day letting us leave luggage temporarily at office! 😊 the apartment view was fantastic (we could even identify the apartment window while we were on the top of sagrada familia) certainly recommend!

The appartment is simple, but clean. It has everything you might need as a traveler, including soap and shampoo, even hair dryer, iron… kitchen has everything, they even prepare a little bag with vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper, coffee, tea… also a little bag with things for cleaning. Had a lovely stay in this apartment. Very well suited for bigger groups, the apartment is very spacious. All the rooms have windows towards the back of the building, so you cannot hear any noise from the street and the construction site in front of the building. Everything was very clean, too!

Great place for 6 people. We all had keys in apps so we didn't have to adjust to friends plans. There were 3 bedrooms with two single beds each, two fully equipped bathrooms with showers which also had toiletry, towels and hair dryers. Kitchen is also fully equipped. Living room has a view of Sagrada Familia. Metro stop is very close so it's easy and fast to reach any location in town. There is 24/7 working supermarket downstairs with main goods. All in all it was a pleasant stay!

Such a great location! There’s a pizza place, cake shop, and seafood restaurant right below. Only a 5 minute walk to the Sagrada familia. Plenty of unique restaurants and shops within a 15 minute walk. The apartment was very clean and provided towels, cleaning products to do your dishes, and body soaps. You can see the sagrada familia from the window of the apartment great to look out at every morning. Checking in on the app was super easy and it was very convenient to have the digital keys right on our phones.
