Located next to The Park Güell in the neighbourhood of El Carmel, you can find this welcoming apartment. With two single beds and a double-bed as part of the sofa, this modern apartment is perfect for a couple or friends who would like the option to house two more guests during their stay with AB.
The apartment is modern and uses an open living dining room that joins into the bedroom, ideal for relaxing in after a day exploring Barcelona. The kitchen is fully equipped and gives you everything you need to cook and clean whilst staying in El Carmel.
The apartment has one bathroom that has a modern finish to it as well as being fully equipped. There is also air conditioning for use in the summers, and heating for the colder months towards winter in Barcelona. Both of which, allowing you to live comfortably in the apartment, whatever the weather is outside.
The apartment is a 10 minute walk from Park Guell- designed by the famous artist and architect, Gaudí; and is also only a 15 minute walk from the Bunkers del Carmel- where you can find one of the most breathtaking views of Barcelona. This area gives you a great setting for walks, picnics or even bike rides. .
El Carmel is well-known for its tranquil residential area in which you can expose yourself to Barcelona´s culture and have an authentic experience. Something to note as well, is that because this is not located in the vicinity of the most populus areas of the city. Moreover, with many supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance from the accommodation, you can live in a quiet area that has access to slightly busier streets.

BEFORE BOOKING: We recommend visiting the apartment so that you can appreciate it in person. Although the dimensions are clearly indicated in the ad, the photos were taken with a wide-angle lens to better showcase the space, which may make it appear larger. Additionally, please note that the apartment has been enjoyed by several guests, so it may show some signs of normal wear and tear over time.

Horta/Guinardó is located in the northeast of Barcelona and is one of the largest districts in the city. The area is significantly more tranquil than the bustling towns of the city centre, although it is easy to reach all of the sights in Barcelona by bus or metro from this corner of the Catalan capital.
The area is known for its steep hills, as part of Horta-Guinardó lies on the Collserola Mountain range. You will also find the lovely Parc del Laberint d'Horta in this district, which is Barcelona's oldest garden, featuring a labyrinth made up of 750 cypress trees.
If you're looking for a quieter base for your trip to Barcelona, without venturing too far from the main sights and attractions of the city, then an apartment in Horta-Guinardó is an ideal choice.
