Description

Located next to The Park Güell in the neighbourhood of El Carmel, you can find this welcoming apartment. With two single beds and a double-bed as part of the sofa, this modern apartment is perfect for a couple or friends who would like the option to house two more guests during their stay with AB.... 

The apartment is modern and uses an open living dining room that joins into the bedroom, ideal for relaxing in after a day exploring Barcelona. The kitchen is fully equipped and gives you everything you need to cook and clean whilst staying in El Carmel.

The apartment has one bathroom that has a modern finish to it as well as being fully equipped. There is also air conditioning for use in the summers, and heating for the colder months towards winter in Barcelona. Both of which, allowing you to live comfortably in the apartment, whatever the weather is outside.

The apartment is a 10 minute walk from Park Guell- designed by the famous artist and architect, Gaudí; and is also only a 15 minute walk from the Bunkers del Carmel- where you can find one of the most breathtaking views of Barcelona. This area gives you a great setting for walks, picnics or even bike rides. .

El Carmel is well-known for its tranquil residential area in which you can expose yourself to Barcelona´s culture and have an authentic experience. Something to note as well, is that because this is not located in the vicinity of the most populus areas of the city. Moreover, with many supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance from the accommodation, you can live in a quiet area that has access to slightly busier streets.

Although the dimensions are clearly indicated in the ad, the photos were taken with a wide-angle lens to better showcase the space, which may make it appear larger. Horta/Guinardó is located in the northeast of Barcelona and is one of the largest districts in the city. The area is significantly more tranquil than the bustling towns of the city centre, although it is easy to reach all of the sights in Barcelona by bus or metro from this corner of the Catalan capital.... 

The area is known for its steep hills, as part of Horta-Guinardó lies on the Collserola Mountain range. You will also find the lovely Parc del Laberint d'Horta in this district, which is Barcelona's oldest garden, featuring a labyrinth made up of 750 cypress trees.

The apartment is in an excellent location and close to a metro station. I found the instructions clear and simple. It's also great to have a virtual key that can be shared with other guests. We had a small leak in a pipe, but they were incredibly responsive and sent someone to check and fix it immediately. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, es ist super, dass man jeder Zeit ankommen kann. Die kleine Broschüre sowie die Kleinigkeiten in der Wohnung, wie Schwamm, Waschmittel etc. waren sehr positiv und hilfreich. Es gab viele Decken und Kissen zur Verfügung. Die Küchenutensilien waren angemessen. Die Größe war für 5 Leute super. Dies war meine erste Erfahrung mit Apartment Barcelona, aber es hat mir vieles gut gefallen und da die positiven Dinge überwiegen, würde ich nochmal ein Appartement von Ihnen wählen. Alles funktionierte sehr einfach, und da man jeder Zeit anrufen kann und auch auf E-Mails immer direkt reagiert wurde, fühlte man sich vor dem Besuch schon sicher aufgehoben.
