Description

This trendy apartment, with 30m2 private terrace, is located just next to Park Güell, one of Barcelona´s most famous attractions. This neighbourhood is a quieter option than staying in right in the heart of the city centre, while near enough so you can get to all the sights quickly and easily. Nearby, you´ll find plenty of great places for eating out, as well as cafés, shops and supermarkets. The area is very well connected to the rest of the city via public transport.... 

This stylish apartment has 1 bedroom. The property comes completely furnished, with a fully equipped kitchen which has all of the utensils and appliances you´d need to create your favorite meals, or even give some Mediterranean-inspired dishes a go. The cozy living area has direct access to the terrace where you can lounge in the sun or eat ´al fresco´.

There are many modern conveniences in this apartment too, such as two TVs and an internet connection, making it easy to stay in touch with family and friends back home.

The apartment includes a parking space (vehicle information will be required to manage access). Please note that the entrance to the parking garage is quite tight, so only vehicles under the following size are permitted: 4.50 m x 2.02 m x 2.00 m.

Important: The apartment is located approximately 35-45 minutes by public transport from the centre of Barcelona (Plaça Catalunya), offering a more secluded environment with good connectivity.

Horta/Guinardó is located in the northeast of Barcelona and is one of the largest districts in the city. The area is significantly more tranquil than the bustling towns of the city centre, although it is easy to reach all of the sights in Barcelona by bus or metro from this corner of the Catalan capital.... 

The area is known for its steep hills, as part of Horta-Guinardó lies on the Collserola Mountain range. You will also find the lovely Parc del Laberint d'Horta in this district, which is Barcelona's oldest garden, featuring a labyrinth made up of 750 cypress trees.

Situato in una zona comoda e nuova di fronte al Museo di Scienze Naturali che siamo andati a visitare con i bimbi. Per spostarci abbiamo utilizzato sempre la metro Linea 4 (gialla) fermata El Maresme-Fòrum molto comoda e vicina per raggiungere il centro di Barcellona. Inoltre di fronte casa ci sta anche il tram T4 e attraversando la strada ci sta il mare. Una validissima alternativa al centro. Consigliatissimo
