The whole apartment has stunning exposed brickwork, neutral décor and lovely furnishings. The open-plan kitchen, dining and living area is complemented by a huge floor to ceiling glass door spanning the width of the room that floods the space with light and leads out to the large roof terrace. The terrace is over 33 square metres in size and is equipped with outdoor furniture including sun loungers and a large dining table with chairs so you can sit out in the sun, soak up the rays and enjoy meals al fresco with family and friends. The terrace even features an outdoor shower, ideal for after sunbathing or when you come back from the beach.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, kettle, toaster, juicer, coffee maker, a large fridge-freezer and pots and pans. Prepare your favourite meals and enjoy them at the round dining table before relaxing on the sofa to watch the TV. The sofa also doubles up as a sofa bed, offering extra space for further guests.
