This three-bedroom apartment in Barcelona, is located in the Poble Sec neighbourhood, near to the Montjuïc Mountain. The apartment is a good choice for couples or families looking for a longer stay in Barcelona, and can accommodate up to six people.
The living room has a simple design, and is furnished with a TV, as well as a dining table, where you can relax after a day of sightseeing.
You will have access to the full equipped kitchen, with utensils and appliances needed to prepare your own home-cooked meal. This includes a microwave oven, coffee maker, a kiln and a toaster.
All bedrooms have double beds, and they are all brightly lit by the windows and white features. They are all furnished with plenty wardrobe space and a desk so that you have room for all your belongings and a space to work. In addition to this, there is one bathroom with a shower.
The apartment is just a short 7 minute walk from the famous magic fountain of Montjuïc. The Poble Sec neighbourhood is a quiet area, where guests can enjoy the narrow streets that are full of many bars, cafés and restaurants, while still having easy access to the city centre.

To confirm your reservation, it will be necessary to send us the required documentation, which will not only justify your ability to pay but also the reason for your temporary stay in Barcelona.
Important: our apartments are exclusively intended for temporary rentals, with clearly defined start and end dates. The stay cannot be extended beyond 11 months.

The neighborhood of Poble Sec was the first extension built outside of Barcelona's historic city centre. Located at the base of Montjuïc, this neighbourhood has great access to all of the attractions on the hill, such as Poble Espanyol and many more museums.
The main avenue of Poble Sec is Avinguda Paral·lel, which has been one of the principal areas for activities and leisure since the end of the 19th century. This avenue is home to much of Barcelona's nightlife with bars and clubs dotted along the street, including the popular Sala Apolo. This Barcelona 'Broadway', rich in performance history, is currently laced with numerous theatres including the Victoria Theatre and the Teatre Condal, and is situated close to La Ciutat del Teatre and the Barcelona Teatre Musical, a stage for numerous musicals and dance shows.
