The living room features a traditional design and is equipped with a TV, as well as a desk and chair, and comfortable sofas and chairs to relax after a day of sightseeing. The space benefits from plenty of natural light thanks to its balcony.
You will have access to a spacious fully equipped kitchen, with all the utensils and appliances needed to prepare homemade meals. It includes a microwave, kettle, oven, and toaster. There is also a large dining table for meals.
The main bedroom features a double bed and is very cozy. The second bedroom has two single beds and is very bright thanks to a large window opposite the large mirrored wardrobe. There is also a spacious bathroom with a shower.

You are also just a bus ride away from the beach, which offers more than 5 km of seafront promenade. The apartment is located 15 minutes on foot from Plaza España and 16 minutes walking from the famous Magic Fountain of Montjuïc. Poble Sec is a quieter neighborhood with charming narrow streets full of bars, cafés, and restaurants, yet still well connected to the city´s main attractions.

Important: our apartments are exclusively intended for temporary rentals, with clearly defined start and end dates. The stay cannot be extended beyond 11 months.

The neighborhood of Poble Sec was the first extension built outside of Barcelona's historic city centre. Located at the base of Montjuïc, this neighbourhood has great access to all of the attractions on the hill, such as Poble Espanyol and many more museums.
The main avenue of Poble Sec is Avinguda Paral·lel, which has been one of the principal areas for activities and leisure since the end of the 19th century. This avenue is home to much of Barcelona's nightlife with bars and clubs dotted along the street, including the popular Sala Apolo.
