This 2-bedroom apartment is located in Poble Sec, just besides the beautiful Montjuic park, and all that it has to offer. With WiFi connection and air conditioning, this apartment is the perfect place to enjoy a trip to the cosmopolitan city of Barcelona....
The living room is well lit thanks to its balcony. You will find a sofa and a Smart TV, so you can relax after a long day of travelling. There is also a dining table that creates an area for both you and your guests to spend some quality time together.
As for cooking in the apartment, there is a fully equipped kitchen, complete with a microwave, oven, toaster and coffee maker, among other utensils you may need during your stay.
The property has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The master bedroom features a double bed, lots of storage and plenty of natural light. The second bedroom has a single bed. The bathroom is complete with a shower and toilet.
Being located in Poble Sec, this apartment offers a central location close to some of the most picturesque spots in the city and with good public transport connections. From here, you will be just a short walk from Sant Antoni (within the Eixample neighbourhood): one of the city´s more up and coming districts known for its hip drinking spots and coffee shops. You are also just around the corner from the beautiful Montjuic nature park, home to the museum of Catalan visual art, Montjuic castle and the perfect place to view the city. The neighborhood of Poble Sec was the first extension built outside of Barcelona's historic city centre. Located at the base of Montjuïc, this neighbourhood has great access to all of the attractions on the hill, such as Poble Espanyol and many more museums....
The main avenue of Poble Sec is Avinguda Paral·lel, which has been one of the principal areas for activities and leisure since the end of the 19th century. This avenue is home to much of Barcelona's nightlife with bars and clubs dotted along the street, including the popular Sala Apolo. This Barcelona 'Broadway', rich in performance history, is currently laced with numerous theatres including the Victoria Theatre and the Teatre Condal, and is situated close to La Ciutat del Teatre and the Barcelona Teatre Musical, a stage for numerous musicals and dance shows.

Excellent restaurant right below the apartment. Communication with AB was good; they turned off our water and provided us with information quickly when we informed them. The street was busy, but the windows blocked out most of the traffic noise, and the air conditioning was fantastic. Excellent location for walking around the city.

The location is great; easy to find, with the metro at the doorstep, sagrada familia just a short walk away, plenty of supermarkets, restaurants, cafe and for those who do not want to walk, a taxi to Placa Catalunya only cost about 7 euro. There were 4 of us so it is cheaper for us to do that. 10 mins walk to the flea market.
The house is clean, the washing machine worked well, the shower is great. Having 2 full bathrooms was great. The staff of AB Marina and concierge were very responsive and helpful.

The apartment is very spacious and well equipped. The kitchen has everything you need, two bathrooms with showers and the beds were comfortable. This apartment is in a great location, a few minutes walk from Sagrada Familia which you can see from the balcony and rooftop, also right by Monumental metro station enabling easy access to the rest of the city. The apartment itself was very clean and we were provided with soap/shampoo etc so you don't need to take or buy your own.
This was the 2nd time we've stayed in this apartment block and would happily stay there again.
Communication with the hosts was exceptional, including very fast responses on a Sunday evening...nothing seemed too much trouble.
All in all a great base to explore the city.
