This is a lovely apartment situated near the vibrant Paral.lel street, close to the beach and Montjuïc hill. The central location gives you great access to some of the best attractions in the city, as well as a fantastic location in the Poble Sec area of Barcelona, packed with cool bars, great tapas places, restaurants and much more. It´s just a short walk from the famous Las Ramblas, too.... 

The apartment has three bedrooms and can sleep up to 2 guests. It has a fully equipped kitchen, complete with toaster, coffee maker and kettle. The bathroom has a walk-in shower.

There´s access to a communal terrace from the apartment, so you can make the most of the Mediterranean weather.

The apartment has heaters and air-conditioning, making it a comfortable place to stay no matter the time of year. It also has a dishwasher and washing machine for your convenience, as well as a WiFi connection.

The neighborhood of Poble Sec was the first extension built outside of Barcelona's historic city centre. Located at the base of Montjuïc, this neighbourhood has great access to all of the attractions on the hill, such as Poble Espanyol and many more museums.... 

The main avenue of Poble Sec is Avinguda Paral·lel, which has been one of the principal areas for activities and leisure since the end of the 19th century. This avenue is home to much of Barcelona's nightlife with bars and clubs dotted along the street, including the popular Sala Apolo. This Barcelona 'Broadway', rich in performance history, is currently laced with numerous theatres including the Victoria Theatre and the Teatre Condal, and is situated close to La Ciutat del Teatre and the Barcelona Teatre Musical, a stage for numerous musicals and dance shows.

You can also enjoy some delicious Spanish cuisine at some of the tapas bars and restaurants in Poble Sec, and don't miss a trip to Carrer Blai, where you can take in the lively ambience of this 'barrio'.

The location was excellent for Parc Guell and it was a pleasant walk into the centre. We loved visiting the nearby bunkers too. The apartment was well-equipped and comfortable and the entry system and felt very secure. We loved sitting on the balcony enjoying the view and the little mini-markets nearby made self-catering easy.

We were all very impressed with the cleanliness of the apartment and surprised how well we slept. The location was fine but with an elderly mother it was a little difficult to get around with her but overall the short stay was great. We thank Eva & Jacques for their professionalism, fantastic customer service and flexibility in allowing our daughter who lives there to collect the keys and return them to save us the journey going into town on the last day. We would all welcome working with Eva & Jacques again the next time we are in Barcelona visiting and thanks again for making our trip all that more enjoyable! :)

Appartement propre avec le nécessaire pour y séjourner . Le quartier est tranquille . Très proche du Park Güell et à 15 mn en voiture du centre ville . Un peu loin a pied du centre apres il y a les transports en commun . Il faut compter 12€ en taxi à partir de la place Catalunya .
