The living-diner is spacious with lots of natural light from the window. You have the sofa, armchair and television to use and relax upon. Next to this space, you will find the dining table, for you and your guests to use at meal times.
As for cooking in the apartment, you have the well-equipped kitchen at your disposal for all meal times. Here you can find also a washing machine for added comfort.
The first bedroom has a double bed, and feels spacious and bright. The second bedroom has a single bed which can be stored away into the wardrobe if desired. In addition to this, there is the bathroom complete with shower.
Being located in Nou Barris offers a peaceful location for your stay in Barcelona. For a step into nature, the Laberint d´Horta Park is 13-minute´s away by bus. For a spot of shopping, El Corte Inglés is just a 15-minute walk away and the Som Multiespai Shopping Centre is next door to this. There is easy access to the rest of the city in this apartment, with the metro stop being just 9 minute´s walk.

Important: our apartments are exclusively intended for temporary rentals, with clearly defined start and end dates. The stay cannot be extended beyond 11 months.

Horta/Guinardó is located in the northeast of Barcelona and is one of the largest districts in the city. The area is significantly more tranquil than the bustling towns of the city centre, although it is easy to reach all of the sights in Barcelona by bus or metro from this corner of the Catalan capital.
The area is known for its steep hills, as part of Horta-Guinardó lies on the Collserola Mountain range. You will also find the lovely Parc del Laberint d'Horta in this district, which is Barcelona's oldest garden, featuring a labyrinth made up of 750 cypress trees.
