The living area has plenty of natural light and features an elegant, modern design. You have the sofa and Smart TV to relax after a day of discovering the city. From here, you have access to your private terrace with exceptional views of the Sagrada Familia.
For cooking in the apartment, there is a fully equipped kitchen for you and your guests. You will find a toaster, blender, kettle, and coffee machine, as well as an oven and microwave. Next to this space, there is a dining table and chairs for you to use during mealtimes.
Both bedrooms are filled with natural light and are spacious, with plenty of storage space. Additionally, there is one full bathroom with a shower.
Being located in the Eixample offers a fantastic location for your stay in Barcelona, close to all the best sights. For sightseeing, you are just a 2-minute walk from the former bullring of La Monumental and only an 8-minute walk from the Sagrada Familia. For shopping, you are just 11 minutes on foot from Glòries Shopping Centre and only 8 minutes by metro from the iconic Passeig de Gràcia. From here, you also have access to Plaça Catalunya and all the fantastic restaurants and bars in the area.

If you wish to rent an apartment for a temporary period between 1 and 11 months, you can make your pre-reservation through our website. To do so, you must pay the indicated amount when selecting the dates of your stay.
To confirm your reservation, it will be necessary to send us the required documentation, which will not only justify your ability to pay but also the reason for your temporary stay in Barcelona.
Important: our apartments are exclusively intended for temporary rentals, with clearly defined start and end dates. The stay cannot be extended beyond 11 months.

District
Eixample is Catalan for 'extension', meaning an extension of the old Barcelona city, and it is one of the most popular districts in the Catalan capital. Eixample was designed by Catalan-born architect, Ildefons Cerdà, who took traffic and sunlight (amongst many other things) into consideration when drawing up the plans of the new area.
Eixample is now characterised by its octagonal blocks and its grid-like pattern, with wide streets and both commercial and residential areas. It is split into two parts, Eixample Esquerra (Left, or in Spanish, Izquierdo) and Eixample Dret (Right, or in Spanish, Derecho), and is home to one of the most famous streets in Barcelona, Passeig de Gràcia, known for its high fashion stores and trendy restaurants.
The street is intersected by the long Avinguda Diagonal, which runs through the entire city.
Eixample Derecho is home to many gems of 'Modernisme' architecture, including the unique Casa Milà (La Pedrera), the colourful Casa Batlló and the towering Sagrada Familia, known as Gaudí's unfinished masterpiece. You will also find plenty of great bars and cafés here, too, and if you decide to choose one of the many Barcelona apartments in Eixample Derecho for your stay, you will be able to easily explore the city, due to the neighbourhood's convenient, central location and excellent public transportation services.
