The open-plan living and dining area has an elegant and modern design that opens onto the private terrace, giving you the perfect opportunity to relax indoors or outdoors after a day exploring the city. There is a sofa and television, as well as a dining table and chairs, allowing you to enjoy your meals both inside and out on the terrace.
As for cooking in the apartment, there is a fully equipped kitchen within the open-plan living and dining space for you and your guests to use. Here you will find a toaster, juicer and coffee machine, as well as an oven, ceramic hob and microwave for preparing meals during your stay.
Both bedrooms are bright and spacious, with plenty of storage space and windows overlooking the Sagrada Família. In addition, there is one full bathroom with a shower.
Being located in the Eixample offers a fantastic location for your stay in Barcelona, close to all the city’s top attractions. For sightseeing, you are just a 2-minute walk from the former bullring of La Monumental and only an 8-minute walk from the Sagrada Familia. For shopping, you are just an 11-minute walk from Glòries Shopping Centre and only 8 minutes by metro from the iconic Passeig de Gràcia. From here, you also have easy access to Plaça Catalunya and all the fantastic restaurants and bars in the area.

If you wish to rent an apartment for a temporary period between 1 and 11 months, you can make your pre-reservation through our website. To do so, you must pay the indicated amount when selecting the dates of your stay.
To confirm your reservation, it will be necessary to send us the required documentation, which will not only justify your ability to pay but also the reason for your temporary stay in Barcelona.
Important: our apartments are exclusively intended for temporary rentals, with clearly defined start and end dates. The stay cannot be extended beyond 11 months.

District
Eixample is Catalan for 'extension', meaning an extension of the old Barcelona city, and it is one of the most popular districts in the Catalan capital. Eixample was designed by Catalan-born architect, Ildefons Cerdà, who took traffic and sunlight (amongst many other things) into consideration when drawing up the plans of the new area.
Eixample is now characterised by its octagonal blocks and its grid-like pattern, with wide streets and both commercial and residential areas. It is split into two parts, Eixample Esquerra (Left, or in Spanish, Izquierdo) and Eixample Dret (Right, or in Spanish, Derecho), and is home to one of the most famous streets in Barcelona, Passeig de Gràcia, known for its high fashion stores and trendy restaurants.
The street is intersected by the long Avinguda Diagonal, which runs through the entire city.
Eixample Derecho is home to many gems of 'Modernisme' architecture, including the unique Casa Milà (La Pedrera), the colourful Casa Batlló and the towering Sagrada Familia, known as Gaudí's unfinished masterpiece.
